I arrived around 6:15pm on a Wednesday night to dine in alone. Only three tables were filled and in various states of eating/ordering. It was several minutes before I was acknowledged and seated, and about 15 minutes more before I was able to order.
I was disappointed when the Pepsi I ordered came in a can. My Southern friends will be pleased to know that, among their extensive tea menu, they also include your standard sweet/unsweet (though I cannot speak to the taste).
The timing after ordering was excellently paced. My fried pork dumplings came out after about 10 minutes. Though well-cooked, they weren't as flavorful as I am accustomed to eating and left me a bit underwhelmed.
The red chicken curry I ordered came out just as I finished the dumplings. I ordered 2.5 spicy (on a 4 point scale) and found the heat satisfactory. The flavor profile seemed from an original recipe, and - though recognizable and comparable as a red curry - unique. The texture was of a thicker more stew-like quality, and while I generally enjoyed the dish, the chicken was oddly flavored and the last bites at the bottom of the dish left a tangy, sour taste in my mouth. Not my ideal finishing note for a red curry.
Overall, the ambiance is cozy with seating for 40. It was also apparent the restaurant does a brisk carry-out business. The wait staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing or hovering. While I would return, the price point and food quality will keep it from becoming my go-to Thai place...

I had the choo chee curry jumbo shrimp and it was delicious. I finished the whole plate. Came with very large gulf style shrimp and very large perfectly cooked asparagus. Cooked to perfection and plump and juicy. Not over cooked.
My wife had the panang chicken and it was delicious as well. The sauce seems to be about the same taste and consistency as the choo chee sauce (pronunciation “shoo shee”).
My friend said he had the sweet and sour chicken and it was the best he’s ever had. His wife had the soup and it comes in a humongous bowl to eat it in.
If you want great Thai food I would recommend this place. We had a very large group and our service kinda stalled at the last so I overlooked that on this review.
All the Thai food here seemed to be excellent quality and well prepared meals with plenty of portions and decorated nicely.
Prices are higher than average. My plate was $16.99 for the Choo Chee Shrimp. Other orders seemed to range from 13.99 and up
Keep it mind this place does take reserved seating (they didn’t for our group of 18) and the seating is very small. About 20 tables...
Read moreService was fair, but the dish I got was horrible! I ordered the duck, and it was prepared horribly. There was more gristle, tendon, and unrendered fat than actual edible meat, and the meat itself was pretty tough. I couldn't bring myself to eat more than a few bites, and this restaurant is not cheap either! Other dishes may be fine (I don't know), but I was not satisfied even remotely with the duck. Also, there was a worker behind the big glass window in the restaurant where the food gets cooked that overlooks the dining room floor (maybe a manager or cook) who kept eyeing me from time to time. He would just stare, and it got really uncomfortable. I noticed he was staring at other people eating there as well. I was seated right next to the glass window and he was right up next to it peeking through... I'm sure he was just trying to make sure things on the dining room floor we're going well, but it was odd to say the least. I may give it another try sometime down the road, but i'm not...
