Walgreens — Local services in Cedar City

The pharmacy was a joke! The younger blonde boy that works there was completely rude and the pharmacist that was working was just a total jerk! My first bad experience was when I gave my disabled grandmother to get her medications m, we went threw the drive threw pharmacy because she cannot walk very well and we drop her prescription off well as soon as the blonde boy working looked at her prescription he told her "there not in stock for 3 days" and she politely told him she needed them and so he said okay well we can just put a rush on it I guess and have it ready in 15 mins and she said yes of course that'd be great. (Obviously they weren't "out of stock") every time I've come here or a friend has the blonde boy worker acts as if he is the worker or he's your doctor and thinks he needs to decide what meds you should and shouldn't take. I understand they give advice if you ask for it but the way he goes about it is very disrespectful especially to a disablaled elderly woman! Okay so I was dropping off a prescription for myself they where the closet pharmacy to where I lived so I gave them a try well I'm in the process of switching my health insurance so there was a problem with the insurance paying for my prescription and the guy that was helping me went to check on something with the insurance and told me I'll be right back, next thing I know some other worker (didn't catch a name he was big set and brown hair) well out of no where while I was waiting for the guys hat was helping me the other guy came up and started yelling at me because I was texting on my phone and said mam if you don't have any questions or don't need anything and are going to be on your phone you need to leave my drive threw immediately, so I explained to him what was going on and that I didn't think it'd be a problem I was on my phone while I waited for the guy who was helping me and he just rolled his eyes and got all mad and hipped up over nothing.. Needless to say I left and brought my service elsewhere because nobody should ever get treated so poorly for absolutely no reason. The store on the other hand has wonderful staff and workers and I've always had a wonderful experience with the store...

Worst experience at the pharmacy. Had my daughter sick at Urgent Care, and a script for anti nausea medicine was sent there due to a visit late in the evening..Went there, was not a busy evening, and they mentioned they have no script. (Went back to Instacare, and the nurses/staff there getting ready to close up seemed to be frustrated with Walgreens, as the scrip was sent. Was also told this is not the first time they have had issues with this pharmacy) So I head on back to Walgreens, sick daughter not feeling well, and guess what....the young 20ish lady (really should have dropped her name here) just stood there looking at the computer typing and still had issues. She also had this smug look on her face . (Zero empathy or concern at all that I've been back and forth due to IMO her negligence) I was so upset that I had to get the wife to deal with her. (And that took 30-40 minutes 🤦) Please, do not use this pharmacy!! Go to Township, Bullocks, Linn's, Walmart, anything but this place. Worst experience of my life...

This Walgreens is horrible!!! I had "pharmacy technician" yell at me, she told me she stated she has to deal with people all day and it makes her mad. I then stated I needed to talk to her boss and she flung everything angrily and stormed off. She was completely unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. The manager stated she was their best employee. If that is their best employee I'm worried about the others. I decided to give them another chance, why, who knows. I went to pick another prescription up and they said it will be ready in 15-20 minutes. Came back the next day and they didn't even have the medication and wouldn't have it till Tuesday the next week. I will not be coming back and I will never ever refer them to ANYONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
