Providence — Local services in Cedar City

Whoever designed this entire area needs to get a different job. The are parking lots that only lead to other parking lots. There are turn only lanes with ingress into parking lots that come up way too quick. There aren't enough lanes of travel in ANY direction for the amount of traffic that goes here. Most of the driveways into businesses are right turn only - both in and out, meaning that if you need to get where you need to be, you better be in the correct lane three turns ago.

And now that we have a diverging diamond intersection leading to Providence at the smallest overpass in Cedar City, we get to stop at 4 (FOUR) traffic lights in about 75 yards often times with so many backed up cars that they're blocking traffic until the light changes.

Worst planned commercial development I've ever seen anywhere.
