We love sushi, so we decided to try this restaurant today. The menu is wonderful, full of options from the sushi burritos that give it a name, to noodle dishes, Mongolian BBQ, soup, and traditional sushi rolls. I tried the Cosmo: a nori-wrapped roll the size of a giant burrito, filled with ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, sushi rice, avocado and chunks of cucumber, with lemon juice. My spouse had the Crazy Tuna: ahi tuna with a very spicy sauce, plus the same rice and vegetables as mine. Traditional sushi flavors these are not. But after several bites, and a dousing of low-sodium soy sauce on mine, the experience grew on me. This is a working-man's version of sushi, a substantial lunch rather than the delicate nigiri I am used to. We'll definitely be back, next time to try some of the non-burrito options. Read moreThis is the absolute best Chinese food in the entire USA. It was fast, efficient, clean and the staff were absolutely great! The prices are very reasonable, and the vegetarian/vegan options were REALLY really great. It has a large car park and is near the interstate freeway so is easy to access. We had the tofu kung pao, and tofu sweet and sour with veggie egg rolls and egg fried rice. Our little boy had sweet potato fries....it was all really good food and huge portions...we took over half of it home with us and have just eaten it today. It was just as perfect microwaved today as it was fresh yesterday...
Highchairs and restrooms were also available....
I cannot recommend this restaurant any more highly. We will be back in Cedar City in a few days, we shall be returning then, without a shadow of a doubt!
Well done Sushi Burrito! We all...
Read moreThis place maximized the price/quality/flavor equation (technically a local mxima). The Sumo burrito tasted great and filled me up for a relatively low price. Now I am going to be honest, the restaurant is basic and the sushi itself was okay. I gave this place 5 stars because I was given a delicious tempura fried sushi burrito for $11 or $12 and I was full afterwards. My cheap foam drink cup was huge and the staff was polite. The next time I pass through Cedar City I am going back for more. However, if I want perfectly cut, fresh nigiri that looks like it belongs in an art museum I am going somewhere else and paying a...
