Read morei don’t normally like sharing bad opinions or not appreciating companies during this hard time. but for a long time hermies workers have shown an attitude towards their customers. today was my tipping point, when i visited while being in my home town. i pulled up to a car with their hazard lights on and doors open who looked like they might have been in line, but something had happened and they were stuck there. i pulled in front since there was room and again, they had their hazard lights on. a misunderstanding on my part. the employee comes over to my window and very bluntly told me i cut two people off (someone else had pulled up behind us) and that i needed to move right now. i told her i would move immediately and said since their doors were open and lights on i assumed and that i was sorry. she, seeming to assume i was trying to cut them off, very rudely said their windows didn’t work and that i needed to get to the back of the line. when i tried to reverse and then pull around, she stood in front of my car and insisted i reverse. i’m not as comfortable reversing as i have neck issues and can’t turn my head well. i eventually reverse and just drive out of there as i didn’t want to have her take my order. i’ve dealt with attitude from their employees very often, and still went for the shakes and munchers. will be going to brads only from now on, and would much more recommend them. i have never had bad...

The sweet kid that took our order couldn’t have been more than 13 years old, but he read our order back to us and was spot on. My husband got the old fashioned burger and loved it. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and loved it. The fresh jalapeños were a really nice touch. My kids each got the kids chicken strip meal and both really really enjoyed their food. Fries were fresh. Too crowded to sit inside (although people were coming and going quickly and we had a chance at a table) but the Cedar City park is literally right next door and has 5 or 6 picnic tables, several of which are covered, within 100 feet of the door to Hermie’s. We will go again when we drive through Cedar City. I need to try their ice...
