McDonald's — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

I had lunch here the other day. Spacious clean lobby, newer location. I took my coat off to sit down to eat and within a minute I had to put it back on due to it was so cold sitting there.( note, I was sitting in the middle of the seating area) I returned to the counter and mention to the manager on duty that the lobby was really cold and if any of their customers wanted to eat at least a warm they would have to rush through your food to avoid it from becoming the lobbies temperature. I was told thank you for telling us but needless to say all of us dining inside still froze sitting there. I heard the same female that I had just spoken with say to the gal that was working the cash register, " the temp is not getting turned up, he'll have to just suffer through it." At that time I returned back to the front counter, asked for a sack place & placed the food I thought might be reheatable ( and taste halfway decent) in the sack and left. I failed to mention, there was a mother with her toddler I'd say maybe 9 months old sitting close to me and when I mentioned the room temperature she said " yeah when I came in and located at a table, I took her coat and hat off but after I sat down and began to feed her I had to put her coat and...

I asked a cashier to place ketchup and mayonnaise in a dish the same dish and he came back with mayonnaise packets and ketchup packets. I asked him if he misunderstood me I wanted them to be placed in like a lid or a cup so that I could dip my fries. He said he could not do that so I asked to speak to a manager the manager began to get loud with me and then proceeded on to make fun of me with other crew members. This guy was in a purple shirt and he started to insinuate that I was high, the reason I know this is because later on I can hear them joking amongst each other saying "oh I guess I'll come down now". I do suffer from ADHD clinically and I do have a doctor for that the way that I was being made fun of of course made me stay and be very paranoid and I felt very uncomfortable the atmosphere was very ugly I needed other McDonald's products and I was so upset that I ordered it online rather than went up to the counter and made my order I was sad that I felt alone I was actually waiting for my boyfriend to get off of work from Bossard and I just was very unhappy. But how can you complain to the manager when it was the manager that was making you...

Today, 11/30/19, at 5:10 PM I visited McDonalds at 326 Branilynn BLVD, in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I ordered a quarter pounder hamburger with cheese and bacon, with medium fries and drink. MER # 280788.

Transaction amount $9.61.

After receiving my food I went to the counter to get mustard packets. I waited 3-4 minutes before anybody behind the counter offered to help me. When I went back to my table, my food was cold. To add insult to injury, my burger had no bacon on it. I was charged $1.39 for the bacon I did not receive. I would have complained, but I did want to take the risk of a disgruntled employee spitting in my food.

For around $10.00 could I have received better quality food and service somewhere else, such as Cane's, Subway, or Culver's?

Yesterday I visited friends in Faribault, MN. We stopped at a restaurant called, "The Crooked Pint". They had a burger on their menu called, "The Classic Juicy Lucy", with a half pound of fries for $9.99. The Classic Juicy Lucy is a quarter to a third pound of USA ground beef stuffed with American Cheese. I had one and it was money well spent.
