McDonald's — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Went in for a request of them to look through the toys for a certain number as a normal customer the cashier walked over grabbed one threw it back in and looked over at the other worker and said he's looking for these numbers is there 1 and they said highly doubt there's 1 Then came back to the counter all slumpy like unprofessional and rude and said no we don't have it and then swithered her way into like the break room area where another worker that appeared to be the manager was there in whispering and laughing about something very unprofessional we'll never go back and never recommend it disgusting Then I called to get it resolved the problem and the manager on shift proceeded to argue with me on the phone saying she was there and they did look and they laughed about they only have 20s I said but you guys don't even apologize as I'm so unprofessional and then she proceeded to say you want me to get your name and number so GM can call you Then when I said I was gonna call corporate she says good have a good day great customer servthey're best does not deserve 17...

I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for several years and can’t get over how incredibly slow their service is in the last few years. AND it makes no difference if you order through the drive thru or go inside. Both are equally as slow. I am extremely disappointed in their service. I have opted to drive further to the other McDonald’s on Main Street because their service is like night and day. Today in the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of me, was pulled up to wait for my food when no other cars were behind me and 7 minutes later, got cold food and no drinks that were ordered so I still had to go inside to get them. Didn’t want to wait another 7 minutes to get those. I try to give them a chance about every other month but this is getting ridiculous. I’ve given them the benefit of doubt, but I’m done with...

I was going through the drive through to get a smoothie and the guy taking my order was super nice and was great but then I got to the window to receive your order and there was someone on FaceTime and the guy making my smoothie was just standing there talking to a lady and was not making my smoothie which is fine but he stood there for ten minutes just talking then when he finally was done he sat it down and someone else had to give it to me and to top it all off am 99.9 percent sure he was the manager and he didn’t even fill it all the way like i paid for a large and got a medium in a large cup I would not go there are over McDonald close woth way better atmosphere, staff, and service -10/10 experience. Also had to take off the lid because there was like beef on it like wash...
