Today my favorite pizza chain deserves ZERO stars. My plan was to provide my baby's daycare (home environment) with pizza. Wanting the pizza to be fresh and hot I pulled up at 10:30 which is the time they're due to open. NO one is there. I sit and wait and at 10:45 a young man gets out of a truck and unlocks the door, going in.i wait a few minutes and call the store, it transfers to the call center I'm assuming. I'm calling from 2 different phones. A young lady takes my order then says she's having technical problems and she's sending my call to the store. I'm looking at him. He's working but dares to not answer the phone. So I hang up after several rings. I call back to the store again and eventually it rolls over to what I think is the call center again. This time a lady places the order and gives me an order number and says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. By now the young man answers FINALLY on my other line that's been holding over 30 minutes. I explain to him that I placed an order and was told it'll be ready in 20 minutes. He says "I don't know why she told you that it's going to be an hour because I have orders I'm already working on." I proceed to ask if it really will take that long. He says "she isn't here and can't tell you how long it'll take. And ma'am if you get off the phone I can maybe get it done a little sooner." Rude AF! Domino's may have lost my business. And it's sad because I only...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this Domino's 0 stars I would. I strongly advise consumers not to waste their time or money. Horribly run Dominoes. In fact I will be contacting their corporate office. Unsure if this is location is an independently operated franchise. Either way this Domino's location is poorly managed, poorly staffed, and their customer service is non existent. Staf does not pick up the phone. So it's impossible to place an order for carryout, and delivery - you can forget. I their so called staff does happen to pick up the phone, staff is extremely unprofessional; and the last time I attempted to call and place an order, i a Monday evening no less; and someone actually picked up the phone. Thd staff member told me to contact the Red Oak location and have them deliver, when I live in Cedar Hill; and have always had my orders delivered from the Cedar Hill location (if they do so happen to actually answer the phone). Needless to say I will not be patronizing this Domino's or any other Domino's location for that matter. In fact, I don't anticipate this location staying in business another 6 months, maybe a year at the SUPER MAX. CONSUMER ALERT: SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY; AND MONEY. Order Pizza Hut or Papa John's. Significantly more professional, accurate, efficient; and customer friendly. This Domino's is poorly ran...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow! This place deserves much higher reviews, given my experience tonight. Xavier and Thompson and their female counterpart (did not catch her name) were on point in terms of friendliness, sense of service, and simple good-naturedness.
Due to unforeseen traffic emergency, I was super late to pick up my order. Without me even thinking to ask, XAVIER offered to remake the order so it would be hot and fresh. It blew me away at the level of customer service, genuine kindness, and notable pride he demonstrated.
Thompson was also very helpful and courteous, showing an upbeat & poised demeanor, despite the interruption of my remake. What a mature and professional group!
These team members exemplify why Domino's is my go-to pizza place. But let it be known that I will gladly make the trip from my home in Grand Prairie to this particular location just to order from this standout crew. Way to go guys, thanks for showing true regard & care, not just for customers, but for other people in general.
For what it's worth, I want you to know that what you do is more than merely make pizza, but you're also making a real impression and impact, just through those simple gestures of kindness. And I know that sounds cheesy, but pizza is meant to...
