Not pleased with the service I received. After ordering food/beverages. Cashier says they are out of regular lemonade and so I request the lemonade that they do have and she said it would be an extra charge. I explained that it's not my fault that you are out of advertised product and I should have to pay the difference. I requested that she ask the manager and she said it was the manager whom said I would have to pay the difference. I was not pleased with this at all. I continued my order. Once at the window, we recieved no greetings from either cashier. (2) windows!!! The cashier that took my money did not count it back to me. Folded it and once I counted it back without moving from the window, it was incorrect!! So he had to call the manager over, by the way who name is Laura. She came to open his drawer so tha th he could give me correct change. She offered no apol9, no smile.. NOTHING!! Get to the second window, No greetings! Food handed to us, and then drinks.. My drinks had spills all around the cup.. and I asked him to please wipe my cup!! But why?? Obviously you see all b.c. the run off taking over the cup!!! Once that was done. I was handed my cup without any apologies, no thank you and most definitely , No please return... So I frequent this establishment, mostly late coming from out of town on the way home. Never experienced this!! Don't think I will return... There are plenty of nearby eateries that would love my money... Food was hot.. No complaints there. But I don't care to spend my hard earned money with a place that doesn't care about me...
   Read moreI do love going to Wendy's but this location has got to be the worst and grossest experience I've had a Wendy's. I walked in and it smelled like urine and a fly greeted me at the door. I look around and all the tables are dirty. I walk past a napkin on the floor to get in line. We order which took 5 mins to actually place an order even though there were seven employees standing by drive thru. The order taker was friendly but I didn't receive my drinks till all of my meal was put together. I guess that's how they do it at that Wendy's. I go back to pick up napkins and the manager runs and order outside come back and grabs trays but kicks a fork under the trash can. Then I go up and wait for my drinks which another patron said they wanted their order to go since the tables were all dirty and Flys were rampant in the Establishment. I sat down with my food and I guess the Flys wanted to join me...all in all this establishment needs help where is the district manager or regional Manger when...
   Read morePrior to me coming to Wendys I took out a $20 bill. I was extremely happy when I walked into the place. By the time I left out I was very depressed. Initially, I went through the drive thru, I accidentally misplace my money. I knew that my purse was in the trunk I told the young man not to cancel my order I was coming inside. Within 2 minutes I was inside. I pay for my order, while standing and waiting for my order to be prepared, several cars have passed in drive thru. with the exact same order that I had ordered when I was at the window. Finally 15 minutes later I get my order. Walked outside and sit in the car and looked at my order that was placed and they left off an ingredient. So I had to go back inside the building already humiliated because of the way they treated me. I would never go back to that particular Wendy's. To them I was a joke. They just...
