Just moved to the area and this place is walking distance so I’ve already been 4 times (I have a problem). The drinks are okay and typical price. I usually go on a work break during their off hours so it’s slow but today kind of ruined it for me.
It was packed (which was fine/expected). I sent a mobile order to potential skip the line. After waiting 10+ mins I look over a see a bunch of drinks behind the counter. The girl working stopped and asked all the people standing around for their names/orders and cleared out most of the crowd. She didn’t ask me or bother to acknowledge my presence even though I was standing right at the counter. I see what I think is my drink and try to flag her down - nothing. She goes back to taking orders and making drinks. 5 more minutes and I manage to flag down the guy working. At this point the crowd is mostly gone. The drink that was sitting there THE WHOLE TIME was in fact my drink! The ice was already melted (I did order less ice so partially on me) but what kind of service is that?! Why hide the pick up orders behind the counter!? Also why did the girl worker completely ignore me after talking to all the people in my area? Only one of which was there before me.

Read moreWent there with my family and we ordered. We had four drinks and went to sit down. During the time we were waiting, multiple other families or couples came in and ordered. Every one of those people got their drinks before us when we were there first. Another couple that was there before us didn’t get their order until everyone else that got there after us got theirs. The staff claims they want to get the drinks out all together by order. I think that is terrible customer service. This method leaves drinks to sit out and melt, and that happened with me and my family’s drinks. They were melted by the time it came out. Horrible practice, any establishment that does food service should take down names and call out drinks once they are ready. This location is extremely disorganized and very understaffed. 1 star because of how upset we were to have 5 different groups get their drinks before us when we ordered first. We are never ordering from this location again. Their drinks are mid anyways.

Read moreFirst time visiting Austin, unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence of the staff. Literally just wanted to get some bubble tea without gluten and wanted some suggestion on toppings to go in there. I asked for advice or suggestions on a popular type of topping to put in my drink and the cashier lady was not able to suggest anything without gluten. She instead looked to her coworker who was sad looking and making the drinks for help but that lady did not seem to care. She walked over and pushed the menu to us and told us “anything that has gluten is written on it” and walked away. Thanks caption obvious. I asked her again if she knew any specific popular toppings or had any suggestions. She then looked at me and did not seem like she knew so I myself suggested some thing and she just seemed to agree it was a fine option to have. When the drinks were handed to myself and my boyfriend the third lady was dismissive.
