Nathalie's Donuts — Restaurant in Cedar Park

I was excited to try this place even though farther away from my house as I read good things online. However, I was disappointed. I arrived a little before 10 am. Knowing that they close at 1 pm and I was buying for a bunch of kids, so I wasn't going to be super picky.

First, absolutely no parking designated for them directly in front of their store. Only dry cleaning and nail salon had designated parking signs.

I asked for a dozen glazed donuts... completely out!! Wow. Ok, so now let's change it up.

I ended up purchasing 11 chocolate donuts, 1 chocolate unfilled donut (cause they also ran out of chocolate donuts), 6 donuts with sprinkles, and 6 sausage and cheese koloches. Before ringing it up, I state to the employee. It's my son's birthday today, I am really looking forward to trying your donuts for his birthday. SO, ring it up... purchase total $18.94. And because it was 1.10 short of $20, I didn't get the free bag of donutholes despite not having the order I wanted, etc. Instead of offering something for the inconveniences, she gives me advice on how to order "happy birthday" donuts in the future. It's hard to review a donut establishment I didn't actually buy donuts from - I bought kolaches, tacos and a danish pastry - but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and deliciousness of my non-donut order. The large jalepeno cheese sausage kolache was unbelieveable - chewy yet juicy with a mild spicy note at the end, I highly recommend! I also recommend the tacos and danish - the salsa they provide for the tacos has a wonderful kick of heat to a satisfying taco, and the cheese danish was just perfect, not too sweet and bursting with flavor. Sadly, I had to take off a star for the mini cheese sausage kolaches - they were dry and with very little cheese in them. This is one of my favorite places in Cedar Park! The donuts are always fresh (made in house) and the tacos are outstanding. They make a fresh barbacoa taco that I can’t get enough of. I appreciate that the meat is always lean and the flavor is always jam packed. The people who work there are active members of our community and the owner, Roger, has become a friend of the family. My boys are always asking “can we go see Roger?” Even if it’s just to show him the newest Pokemon they got 🤣

This is our go-to for teacher appreciation tacos and treats as well. Nathalie’s services all the schools in the neighborhood. Rarely do we stop by and not hear someone saying “see ya later, Roger!”. It’s a delight and a treasure...
