Arby's — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

We stopped in at this location last weekend on Saturday I believe it was. Probably the best fast food service we have seen in a very long time. The gentleman running the register at the front was super polite, professional, and helpful during our time in the store eating the gentleman stopped by twice to make sure everything was good and we were happy and then held the door for us on our way out. Ordered delivery. Double roast beef, large curly fries, Reese's cookie and two cheese cups. Got fries and cookie, but got regular roast beef and two straws even though I didn't get drinks. No cheese sauce. Been sick and haven't had an appetite. I'd rate this Arbys a zero but u have to select 1. I went in and 7 or more employees were sitting at a booth having a meeting or whatever, but I was at the counter waiting for service for like 5 mins. In which time a few blank faced employees glanced my way, and did nothing, said nothing. I was so thirsty, so I just left and went next door. I won't be going back there anytime soon. Bad business, terrible...
