Arby's — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

I come to this Arby’s probably more often than I should. But I love it! I had an unfortunate encounter with one of their night managers. In the middle of ordering, I was interrupted by a young lady whom, and with no couth might at add, tell me to turn off my brights on my car, which weren’t on. I called the store to talk to the manager, turns out she WAS the manager. I don’t remember every detail of our conversation, but recall her throwing a few F-bombs out there, and she accused me of cursing at her first in the drive-thru, which didn’t happen. I was so upset because I go there all the time and had never had experienced such terrible customer service. My boyfriend called the next day and talked to someone named Dan, who was also a manager. We told him of our experience and let him know we didn’t want any money back we just wanted to let him know of the issue, to let this be a learning opportunity for this certain employee. Dont usually go to arbys often to begin with but this visit was time consuming. After I ordered 2 meals i was asked to pull up and wait as the chicken had to cook and it would be 4 minutes. So waiting well over 4 minutes another vehicle is now asked to wait. I see staff come out hand other vehicle order and go back inside. I knew right there that was probably my order. Than waiting more he runs out to me and hands me wrong order. Than wait again and proceeds to give me incorrect order(missing fries) finally women comes out and things are right. I had experienced an unexpected moment at this store,i went there this Sunday 4/6/25 at 9:13 pm. I was waiting in the drive-through and noboday,talk to me. I dove to the widow to let them know. There is a white guy there, and he doesn't talk to me even if i was calling him. And after a few minutes, a black guy came out and said, "we are busy. That is why we did not respond. And I say really, I asked why you did not tell me on the radio to wait or give you a second. This man gets mad and starts yelling at me. He said, "Go get your food anywhere else.
