I recently dined at Flemings, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the restaurant's stunning ambiance. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and comfortable seating create an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable meal. Vow, let's talk about the food--absolutely amazing I started with the classic wedge salad, which was crisp and refreshing, topped with just the right amount of creamy dressing and crispy bacon. For the main course, I opted for the ribeye steak, cooked to perfection. It was tender, juicy, and seasoned flawlessly, truly a meat lover's dream. Cach bite melted in my mouth, and I paired it with their signature garlic mashed potatoes, which were rich and buttery. To finish off the meal, I indulged n their decadent chocolate cake, and it was the perfect sweet ending. But the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly Alante, the bartender. His expertise and passion for mixology truly elevated the experience. From the moment I sat at the bar, Alante greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that made me feel right at home. He took the time to understand my taste preferences and crafted a cocktail that was nothing short of perfection. His attention to detail and knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, and he was more than happy to share recommendations and stories behind the drinks. Alante's charisma and exceptional service turned an already fantastic evening into something truly special. It's rare to find someone who combines skill with such a personable touch, and I left feeling like 1 had made a new friend. In summary, Flemings is a must-visit for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. The food is exquisite, the atmosphere is beautiful, and Alante's bartending skills are second to none. 1 can't wait to return for another delicious meal and to enjoy another fantastic cocktail crafted by Alante!...

An Unforgettable Celebration at Fleming's Englewood - 10/5 Stars!

My partner and I chose Fleming's Steakhouse in Englewood to celebrate a double milestone - her birthday and our 15th anniversary from earlier this year. What an incredible choice it turned out to be!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Executive Chef Greyson Rudd and Operating Partner Alexandra Maska. Chef Greyson personally seated us and introduced us to our exceptional servers, Benji and Tyler, setting the tone for what would be an extraordinary evening.

We started with the sweet chili calamari appetizer, which was hands down the best calamari I've had in recent memory - perfectly tender with just the right kick of flavor. For our mains, my wife enjoyed the petite filet mignon while I savored the prime-aged ribeye, both cooked to absolute perfection. We paired our steaks with a bottle of 2022 Franciscan wine, and shared the Fleming's potatoes and onion rings as sides - every bite was exceptional. The carrot cake for dessert was the perfect sweet ending, and the staff surprised us with complimentary birthday truffles as a thoughtful touch.

After years of exploring fine dining establishments throughout the Denver Metro area, we discovered Fleming's through Sr. Director of R&D for Blooming Brands, Inc. and Fleming's, Chef Christian Hallowell. He promised it would be one of our best fine dining experiences, and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The staff was gracious and attentive throughout the evening, the food was exceptional in every way, and the overall dining experience truly deserves 10 out of 5 stars! We've found our new favorite fine dining destination and are already planning our return visit.

Thank you to the entire Fleming's Englewood team for making our celebration so memorable. We'll see...

An absolute 1st Class Experience. We recently celebrated our Anniversary at Flemings Steakhouse on Inverness Drive in Englewood Colorado 80112. There was plenty of free parking. The Dining Room is beautiful, it looks like a full wall of fine wine. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and extremely attentive. We were very pleased our romantic table had candlelight and a warm private feel. The staff decorated our table with Happy Anniversary Glider Decorations on the table and were thoughtful enough to write us a personal card; congratulating us on our Anniversary. We started with drinks and a tower of fresh seafood, it had large shrimp cocktail, lobster tails, caviar, crab legs and fresh avocado and chips. It was incredible in appearance, iced down so everything was cold and fresh. Every bite was incredible on our way to a live time culinary experience. We had to try the lobster bisque which was fantastic as well. My wife had lobster and a flite minion which was perfectly prepared. The manager stopped by to check on us and congratulated us on our Wedding Anniversary as well. We were full but decide to try/shared a desert. We went with crème Brule it was fresh, creamy and a wonderful end to a fantastic meal. Fleming Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is not a place you come for a value or family meal it is a Special Occasion Treat to your year. We saw mainly other couple there not families but I'm sure there welcome. It is a higher cost meal but worth every dollar. We decided to buy a gift certificate for a couple we knew had their 62 Anniversary coming up. I would highly recommend Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar to everyone looking to treat themselves and make a...

Good steakhouse. Nothing unusual on offer, pretty basic really. Limited wine selection, only local, West coast wines on offer. The flavours were spot on though, and my filet had a fantastic crust to it. The butters for the bread course were quite good too. The potatoes were well spiced and good, the Brussels were okay, but a little underwhelming. Our server Bennet was absolutely top notch. He even offered me some little truffles for dessert because I don't go for the big sweets, which was absolutely perfect. My one main complaint maybe isn't even 100% their issue, but it is the televisions in the bar. Either be a really good steakhouse or be a sports bar, but don't try to be both. I would like to see the bar televisions removed to improve the dining room floor experience because I had some teen boy and his father obsessively staring at approximately just above my right ear, all night. Totally slack jawed, consumed by the program going on behind my head. Deeply rude, disturbing and not top tier dining, at all, considering the price for what is basically steak and potatoes. If you can't guarantee the etiquette of your patrons, remove the stimuli, it really made the whole night super awkward. The steaks come out one tier over done than ordered (I ordered medium well and got well done, same for my husband who ordered medium rare and got medium), and the plates are dangerously over-heated. You could blister yourself on them. Again, not top tier dining, but good. Definitely recommend because of flavour and staff, but they could do better because of overall atmosphere.

My family visited this location twice and both times had a mediocre experience. Our first visit was on November 15th. We went for the Tuesday special and ordered a medium Tomahawk and what we received was a very very overcooked steak that was clearly well done. I will say that management handled the situation very well by replacing the steak and comping the meal. We ended up deciding to give the place another chance since we figured that we came on a busy night and maybe that was why the mistake was made with the wrongly cooked steak. Also, we appreciated how they made up for the mistake. Moving forward we visited again on December 7th to celebrate a birthday. We ordered the sea bass and the chicken breast. The chicken was a little dry and the sea bass was over cooked but nothing to really complain over, and the sides were delicious. I did not finish my chicken due to the fact that there are two pieces served. The next day I went to eat my second chicken breast only to cut into it and find out that the chicken was still pink and raw in the middle. I wish I would've discovered this while still in the restaurant but unfortunately I did not. Overall I will say that these with these two experiences I doubt we will ever return. I will say however that despite the cooking flaws the service was great and every staff member was attentive and helpful. Very friendly employees and we appreciated the complimentary truffles from the chef.
