Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Centennial

I am from Laredo where this place started and I can tell you this version is far from what the vision is for LTC. Today I just walked out. The service is non existent and these team members are horrible. I get there at 715AM and there is only two selections for tacos ready, it took the attendant 5 minutes just to acknowledge me and finally put a tortilla to cook. She then walks away to do who knows what...it really doesn't matter you have a client stay with them just basic. Then another worker comes out he starts an order for the person after me. I patiently wait for my tortilla to burn because no one is watching it. Then the second worker takes my tortilla off puts it to the side and continues to prepare the other clients order in essence skipping over me. This was just too much the food quality has declined since they switched all the workers but now the service is abysmal. LTC would be better off closing this location as all it does is tarnish...

Employee working tonight at 10 p.m was extremely rude. I was getting a big gulp and had asked for a lid and when I asked his remark was "do you see lids there? Than they don't have no more." He than laughed about it instead of asking someone if they possibly had more lids in the back or something to at least be helpful. If you aren't nice to people what is the point of working a job that is customer service based. It just goes to show his laziness and he is a DIRECT reflection of Laredo Taco and what they stand for. Turns out there were lids for the cups but he was just to lazy and had such poor work ethic that he didn't want to check, instead he just wanted to look at his phone and smoke his vape INSIDE the store behind the food counter where food is prepped. I will be contacting the food sanitation inspector to let them know and who know what else they find out is going on here that is clearly a violation of food sanitation. ABSOLUTELY...

So I see a few comments about how this LTC is as good as locations located in South Texas and I’m here to tell you IT IS NOT. I’m from Harlingen, Texas (RGV) and this is nothing compared to the LTC down there. I was expecting the tortillas to be bigger than my face but they are very small, not very filled breakfast tacos. They don’t have the same filling selections but that’s understandable based on the geographical location. You’re not going to get the Q-Taco, barbacoa, chorizo bean, etc. Basic options like potato/bacon and egg are available. In South Texas, LTC has some of the best tacos but in Colorado, LTC is not that kind of place out here. Mi gente no...
