Floor were damp and icky. Took my flip flops off and as soon as I touched the floor it was gross. It made me thoroughly check the room and discovered how nasty the room was.. The mattress was dirty. Not even tempted to clean (hey theres a mattress in better condition on the side of the I-25 north bound that you could probably take to help out with your costs.. Hahahah) and within 20 minutes of checking in, I was back down stairs asking for a refund... Three hours later talking to the hotel customer service two times (was hung up on the first time) and then calling Priceline/Booking..i was able to get a partial refund.. They refused to refund the first night.. I decided to go about a mile down the road and stayed at the Extended Stay which was much better condition for the same price. I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if you paid a milliom dollars for me to do so... And maybe in any of your hotels.. From talking to other tenants there, they also had damp carpets. They state at their front desk that they are dedicated to your stay. It's all Lies! This place is most likely a mold fest and is gonna get people sick. Disappointed in the reviews through a third party.. Should have researched the hotel on Google first... Learning experience for sure. This place needs to be condemned. I would love the owner's to spend the night in one of these rooms This hotel is about profits. If you wouldn't sleep here.. Dont make the people paying your income/salary step foot into your facilities...

We've come to surmise that when choice took over some more hotels, they ironically rebranded the ones of lower quality as Quality Inn based on several experiences recently. The first room we were put in here had no baseboard, questionable stains on the couch, and the new flooring was poorly installed. To top it off, the air smelled as if someone had taken several gallons of Febreeze to cover up some other smell. We had them show us another room which was slightly better, but we found out later there was an odor of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and it looked as if someone ashed in the shower and didn't clean it. Other aspects of the room were also questionable in cleanliness. The area around was a bit sletchy with about 6 people (didn't seem to be guests) sleeping in their cars and trash littered in the lawns. In the morning there was a transient sunbathing out on the lawn. The breakfast was also limited to cereal, waffles, and strawberry yogurt. What the hotel did have going for it was a very cordial and patient front desk staff member who I cannot express enough gratitude for. Might be a tolerable hotel for adults on a budget who don't mind various smoke smells and their rooms not 100% great in any capacity. Outside of front desk staff, not by any means a Quality Hotel though.

I LOVE this hotel! The staff is nice, accommodating, and professional. Nice location. Next to the interstate, train, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Rooms are very clean. Full sized kitchen w/stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Kid & pet friendly. Nice handicapped rooms. Very accessable. Housekeepers are so sweet. And did I mention how nice the staff is? Customer service is everything. I've never met a mean employee here at this hotel. They make sure to accommodate you. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Horrible. I stayed here back in the day a few years ago so I thought everything would be fine. I went there to recouperate from the flu in peace without the craziness of my entire household. I was extremely sick and weak and had a long day and by the time I checked into my room I was EXHAUSTED. And that's when my night of hell began. As soon as I got into the tiny room which the door was jambed and I had to boot open, I went straight into the bathroom. Immediately on the shower curtain that is right In your face because of the tiny bathroom you could see that it was dotted... With little red blood dots like the kind that BED BUGS MAKE. The floor is disgusting and looks covered with more of those little red dots and the towels look.... Dingy at best. So I make it out of the bathroom and I'm trying to convince myself that I'm just tired and I'm seeing things(even though driving into the parking lot over by their dumpster there are several discarded beds which I noted but didn't really connect the dots until I got into the room- anyways I was just so tired I just wanted to lay down and go to bed so I pulled the sheets back and saw that they were obviously NOT CHANGED(I clean airbnb's and have for a while so I am pretty good at spotring this exact situation) however off the bar i didnt see anything that indicated bed bugs so i thought screw it im juat gona lay down. So I had 3 pillowcases on my car from work so I layed them all out and tried to lay in top of them but the smell of sweat was horrible so I changed beds. Same thing and that's when I looked up and saw the pillow and the pillow case. Dotted with little bed bugs marks. Only like 3 or 4 but that was enough for me and I just left. Slept a couple hours in the parking lot and then drove home crying. I arrived at my house at 345am. I couldn't even stay in the room not even one more hour til...

This was a horrible experience , My first impression was scary when I first walked in the door. The smell was stale, old. The elevator made a frightening sound. The room had body fluids on the bedskirt I realize I payed a lower rate . But wow I hoped for a better experience from a Quality Inn . My mistake, I’ll never make again. Over all frightening experience, right from the beginning, when I arrived at the hotel the parking was minimal so I had to park in the back of the building . There were no sidewalks around to the entrance . I had to walk on gravel around to the entrance. Who wants to walk around a building on gravel at night carrying luggage? When I finally got to the room the set of two key cards did not work. Had to get assistance. When I finally got into the room the smell was musty and old. The mismatch furniture was something of a 60’s style . The floor was in need of some cleaning care. The bedskirt had body fluid on it . The coffee machine had old coffee pods from the previous occupants. I can’t stress enough the uncomfortable horrible experience. I had a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. But I had to make the best of it because I prepaid. Needless to say it just kept getting worse, the breakfast was cold cereal (no real choice there.) and some kind of waffle mix . The juice machine had broken panels so you couldn’t tell what juice was what. I can go on , but the whole point is I learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for . I’ll never make this mistake again. If I hadn’t prepaid for this room I would have walked in...
