This place is hopping! It’s quite full and it feels like a good time. The open kitchen does give way for any things to be seen. Overall 2/5 Food 3/5 it is delicious and it was what I ordered Service 4/5 I heard of an employee who works long hours while keeping his career filled at the centennial airport. He works quite hard. The whole staff was quick to make clearing a table quick and clean. Presentation. 5/5 it was a pizza and it was made and cooked by hand. My complaints: is it CVS? The receipts on the cashier machines were long. Made it seem quite pretentious to keep the receipt so long. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS SANITARY: keep the bus bins and all dirty dishes BELOW the to go boxes. WHY ARE YOU KEEPING A TABLE NEXT TO THE TO GO BOXES AS A BUS TABLE WITH NO BUS BIN? The whole table was moved, I assume to clear the dishes, and while you can see the mess underneath the “dirty dish table” it was became a spotlight on all the dirty stuff that was under it. This detail made me gag when I took that first bite. Not only is it an open kitchen, but you can see and hear what is going on. There were many on staff, yet all of the staff seemed to notice the mess yet do nothing about it.

Went by this place with my wife that I used to go to all the time for pizza growing up. Definitely a nostalgic vibe with the old school murals, sports memorabilia and arcade. The open-faced kitchen with TVs brought me back 15-20 years. The cleanliness and service was spot-on. They checked on filling up our water 3 times and that didn’t even include them offering free to go cups for water afterwards. The food came out hot and was tasty. The breadsticks with hot marinara sauce was a childhood favorite and still delivered wonderful taste to this day. My wife really enjoyed her chicken parm hero. She was very happy with the amount of chicken and cheese given. Lastly, it has to be said - the prices here are a bargain for the amount of food you receive. Overall, it was a great trip back to a familiar place. The name might have changed over the years, but it’s still the same food, service and atmosphere.

Excellent neighborhood pizza spot! Don’t waste the calories on the cheaper, lower quality fast food chains. LuBo’s is well worth everything for what they have to offer. Truly a gem when it comes to finding an authentic local NY pizza joint right in the suburbs of Aurora. A few pointers and fun finds from our visit this evening: - I enjoy well done pizza but you don’t need to do it here. I was still happy with how it came out. - Meatballs are not made with pork - Chicken Parmesan was made with sliced chicken, not breast, which was a little disappointing but still tasted okay. - Greek salad here is delicious and the dressing they have does not have anchovies in it - Affordable prices and the staff is both friendly and professional Overall, we loved our first dining experience at LuBo’s and will 100% be coming back again. Great job and thank you!

Let me preface this by stating that I am in fact from New York. I state this because it will help further your understanding that giving 5 stars to a pizza outside of New York is something I don't often do.

For starters, I was a little put off by the wait time I had when ordering my Pizza. I was told 45 minutes to an hour. That said, I have ordered numerous times since and never waited more than 35 minutes (and for the taste, I'd gladly wait longer).

My usual order is one cheese, one pepperoni, wings, and bread sticks. I will review them in the order I indulge.

The bread sticks are fantastic, I down them in my drive back home (I always order for pick up). I don't care for the sauce, not because it isn't fantastic, but because I am apparently to uncoordinated to handle dipping and eating without creating a mess. Without sauce, these delectible strips of seasoned bread are a true treat. With sauce, I could eat them for days and days. This was an add on that never fails to find it's way into my order.

Wings aren't really my thing. But LuBo's regularly has large, appropriately meaty, and perfectly sauced wings. The are perfect for dipping and satisfying the Upstate New York wing cravings.

Finally, for the main dish, the pizza. We have fallen into a routine of the pizza's we order because they are classics. That said, their other options are no less than award winning (because I don't know if they have won awards, I am awarding them a trophy for general awesomeness and exceptional taste).

First, let me point out the consistency, and I don't mean runny dough here. Having ordered nearly once a week since finding them we have never, I mean NEVER, had anything less than awesome pizza (which you don't often find in New York City). Further, the perfect ratio of sauce to cheese topping the top tier dough. Mm, getting hungry just reminiscing. As for toppings, they don't skimp you there. In fact, for my taste, whatever topping you order you are greeted with the perfect amount as soon as you pop the top of that pizza box. For seasoning, they do it perfectly not to little and not too much. Throw on a little crushed red pepper on that circular delicacy, if that is your thing, and enjoy.

Seriously, don't miss a chance to treat yourself, your neighbor, or anyone to LuBo's. Hell, it even reheats well (guess what I'm having for dinner). Don't be jealous, buy your own.

You might even...

By far my favorite Pizza joint in the United States.

Overall: 5/5

Breakdown: I have been going to Lubo's every time I'm in SE Denver Metro for about 3 years. I only make it there probably once a month, but the staff knows my order better than I do. They are always fast, courteous, and the tastiest pizza I have ever had. The only suggestion I could ever make is maybe improving the kitchen cleanliness a smidgen.

The ingredients are fresh, the pizza hand tossed, customized exactly how you want it. They don't add lots of soda water to their drinks to save money they are a clean and very honest place. I can say in probably 50+ orders the only mistake ever to be made was because I mixed up my own order. Their pizza and garlic knots are enough to feed me and my wife 3 or 4 meals, from the sheer thickness of the pizza and that they don't skimp on real ingredients.I have and will continue to always bring my friends and family here.

Summary: 5/5 Food 5/5 Price 5/5 Service 5/5...
