Placing orders on the app for curbside pickup sounds like a great idea.. however.. this location clearly doesn't understand or care about people who place their order for this pick up method. On my last visit, I pulled into the curbside pickup parking space. Placed my order, which is really easy, and selected my method of delivery. And I wait. I read some email because I figured it would only be about 5 minutes like the app says.. after about 20 minutes I realized that my order didn't come, so I go to the drive thru, maybe they are short staffed.. the lady argued with me that I didn't place an order at the location, apperently mobile order and curbside order to them is a different universe and they have no relation to each other. They tell me to pull around and I get to the window where you pick up the food and I do finally manage to get my order, but EVERYTHING was ice cold.. the person I imagine was the manager was very insistent that they had just finished putting my items in the bag (there was a total of three items in my order).. when I asked about if I had parked in the wrong location or maybe I had selected the wrong option on check out.. I was informed that they just don't do the curbside pickup.. if that is true, maybe the giant sign that gives the directions on how to place the mobile order should be removed.. or if it is only from this time to that time that it is available.. maybe there should be a sign or it should say it in the app.. while I was waiting for my order in the designated parking spot, the other two spots filled up and they were still waiting for their order by the time I was pulling away from the drive thru..
TL:DR.. if you place an order on the mobile app, choose the drive thru option and save yourself...
Read moreI usually don't complain about fast food joints but this particular Mcdonalds needs an overhaul. In the past 2 weeks I have had 3 breakfast orders that were wrong. I have to travel pretty far to work and this location is convenient for me to stop quickly for breakfast or to make a Grub Hub order. Lately the quality of food or lack thereof has been more than disappointing. Today I ordered food for myself and my crew and we were missing all of our hashbrowns. All of our drinks were diet cokes. None of our drinks came with straws and no napkins. Last week I ordered food through the drive through and received someone else's order. The day before that my breakfast was missing a sandwich and hashbrown. All in all I've probably paid over $20+ for food I didn't get. Tried calling to see if they would make it right and I got crickets. This location either needs a new manager or some new employees or at the very least a stern talking to about customer service, being able to pay attention to details and maybe some accountability. My confidence in this location is low and from now on I'll probably go to a different location where at least I can have the confidence that my order and my hashbrowns will...
Read moreNot sure if this restaurant has a new manager or no experienced manager but they need some work. Call me stupid for continually going back but it is conveniently close. Last five visits to Drive Thru they can't get it right. Order same thing every time but they can't do it. 2 sausage, egg, cheese biscuits and a Large Coke. Very complicated I guess because it's never right. I get 1 not 2 or no cheese or diet Instead of regular or one day totally wrong order. THIS IS GETTING OLD. They never says hello or greet you at drive. They appear to have forgotten they are in the customer service industry and although customer us not always right they are still the customer. When I confronted their GM, she brushed me off with a quick im sorry but seemed to have more important tasks in the office to consider. Counting down drawers must make them more money. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND DRIVE 1 MILE TO TO OTHER LOCATIONS. THIS ONE NEEDS WORK BADLY. During lunch they still have their breakfast menu showing.
