My Daughter and I are neighbor hood regulars, usually get sandwiches every Sunday for lunch. Store was not super busy with 6 staff members behind the counter. We walked in and wait about 8 mins to be helped. Staff behind the counter looked busy with attitudes. When a staff member finally took our order they were really short with us.when the staff members asked for my phone for rewards points, she failed to answer my question if we had a free sandwich. When we were in a week ago, they said we'd have enough points for a free sandwich next time we were in. While eating our sandwiches at the table I looked at the Snarfs app and we had well over the required amount of points for a free sandwich. Very disappointed lack of customer service. Hopefully this is a one off experience, every other time we've been in this Snarf location is awsome. Being in customer service myself the lack of service would earn me a write up. Hopefully they can get there customer service straightened out with there staff. Will NOT becoming back if customer service does not improve. The above statement applies to the staff on site at that time. Food was great as always tho.
11/7 Update/new review Service continues to be an issue with this place during the week days.The 2 gentlemen working behind the counter at the time I came in seemed to have a bit of an attitude, when placing my order and when my order was called. This will be the second time I've received shitty service from these 2 individuals. Will NOT becoming coming back if it happens again! Read moreWe frequent this location at least once a week and tonight was the first time we had the rudest experience.
First, we ordered online and when we arrived at the pickup time our order wasn't even started and there wasn't any customers. There were two employees, a guy collecting trash and then a girl that came out from the back with an ear bud in one ear and on what appeared to be rollerskates. The girl is who ended up making our order.
As I waited, I watched our order being made and had to correct the employee twice because she wasn't looking at the ticket that had specific instructions (no onions & add chicken) and she snapped at me that she was making the order correctly based on the poster that was hanging on the wall. Another employee told her to look at the ticket and she rolled her eyes and then proceeded to correct it.
She then started to pack up our order, glared at me, and placed the order on top of counter and turned away to clean the backside area of the food prep area. I said "thank you" to her and her response was "whatever."
To add top it off when I got back to the car, we had noticed part of our order didn't make it in bag and had to go back in to retrieve the rest. Absolutely horrible customer service...
Read moreI’ve visited this location several times since moving back to the Littleton/Englewood area, and I have to commend the staff for being an exceptional team. However, I want to give special recognition to Madison. When I had trouble with the chip reader, she went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t leave without my dinner. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out, and she absolutely deserves a shout-out. There aren’t enough people like her these days.
On top of that, the food is fantastic! I always order the vegetarian sandwich, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for a sandwich....
