Don’t come here during lunch. Writing this review after standing in line for ten minutes just to order (still haven’t gotten there yet). Why does this Subway insist on having one person working every lunch rush? There’s consistently a very long line and I often see people leave the line after waiting 10 minutes before even getting to the counter. People come here during their one hour lunch break and spend that entire time just trying to order a sandwich. The guy that’s always there is fine but he could put a hustle in his step so we could all have at least ten minutes to eat after standing in line the whole lunch break. I won’t be coming back to this subway until I see they have someone helping this guy out during lunch breaks. No one wants to spend their one free hour during the work day standing in a Subway. Ridiculous.
Update: only took me 30 min to get my 6” today! When I got here there was a guy already waiting at a table. After 15 mins guy at the counter asks what he’s waiting for. He’s waiting for an online order. Guy at the counter says “you should’ve told me, I haven’t even started making yours yet.” Cue the whole line standing for 5 minutes while he makes a sandwich for the online order. Isn’t the whole point of an online order for it to be ready when you get there? It’s inappropriate to expect a customer to verbally tell you to start their online order they placed likely at least 10 minutes prior. Then to tell the customer it’s his fault his sandwich isn’t made because he didn’t say anything? The guy behind the counter is actually nice but I doubt the stress of this shift helps his customer service attitude. Again, DONT COME HERE...
Read morePlace an order online, got a chicken bacon melt, and the new Monster. Both were supposed to be toast, both were ice cold when I got one not 2 minutes away. I attempted to call several times, and the phone rang until it hung itself up. Went back to get my order re made, and the person just sticks my food I already took bites out of into the oven… as if I couldn’t have done that at home myself. Now I have half warmed up breed, warm veggies, and my meets still cold and cheese isn’t melted. What a great way to end a 12 hour shift! Then when I asked the presumptively high school kids where a manager was he said… ohh he won’t be in till tomorrow I think. Who leaves two teenage kids to run a store, and I assume one to close as the other was leaving. I placed my order at 630 there’s no reason a manager shouldn’t be on site or available to speak at all times. The kids behind the counter attempted to call his manager “petty” and they didn’t answer. I just want a full refund and the food I ordered, I don’t even blame the kids behind the counter because there should be a manager on site at all times to oversee operations and fix...
Read moreAfter serving the guy in front of me, the woman behind the counter went to go fill her thermos up at the soda fountain and proceed to the back area without acknowledging me. Both her and her coworker were paying more attention to their phones than to anything or anyone around them. I lingered for a few minutes before deciding to take my money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. After seeing a few other posted photos, perhaps I should count the few stars I had to give as my lucky stars. Don't waste your time here. If we're lucky, this location will close and the space that this subway and the two employees were taking up won't be wasted and can instead be used for literally...
