You know Colorado mai really really good vegetarian MOMOS bhi mill sakte hai...??? Mujhe delhi mai momos khane jaana tha šŸ˜ n now this will be my place for momos forever... I ordered the 'Tandoori veg momos,' and they were the best momos I have ever had. Despite trying momos from over 100 places in Delhi NCR, none have compared to these. Definitely worth trying! They were incredibly fulfilling, and the flavor was soul-touching. I also ordered coffee, which wasn't filter coffee but still to my liking. It was kinda I love to drink. I am not Starbucks kinda.... The hospitality was excellent, with a smile on the staff's faces. The place was neat, with good cutlery, and plates from IKEA. However, the table we sat at was small for two people if you plan on ordering more than one dish at a time, so I suggest asking for a bigger table. We also ordered street-side noodles. Being North Indian, our street-style noodles don't typically include curry leaves, but I'm not sure about the South. Nonetheless, they were not disappointing. They were ready for any kind of customisation; just mention your preferences. Sandeep attended to us, and he was a wonderful host. If you visit, don't forget to meet him. He even gave us a sample of rabri, which was delicious too. Unfortunately, we accidentally broke his glass while talking to him. He was very understanding about it, and we explained that in North India, we consider it auspicious. Although it was an accident, Sandeep was very gracious. Accidents do happen, right?

I recently had the pleasure of dining atĀ The Monk, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for what would be a delightful meal. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. But the true star of the evening was theĀ buffet. The Monk offers an extensive spread that showcases the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices. Whether you’re a fan of hearty curries, aromatic biryanis, or fresh, crisp salads, there’s something here for everyone. TheĀ starter sectionĀ alone was a feast for the senses, with a variety of chaats, kebabs, and pakoras that were absolutely mouth-watering. The main course was equally impressive, with classics like butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, and an array of vegetarian options that were just as satisfying as their non-vegetarian counterparts. One of the highlights of the buffet was theĀ dessert selection. The traditional Indian sweets were a perfect ending to the meal—each bite was a sweet symphony of flavors that left us wanting more. Overall, The Monk is more than just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of Indian culture and cuisine. Whether you’re a seasoned lover of Indian food or a first-time visitor, this buffet is sure to impress. I highly recommend The Monk for anyone looking to indulge in an exceptional dining experience.

Writing this review after our 3rd visit. Very impressed by few dishes BUT some are not good. Best to try: Drumsticks (Lollipop) : In chilli sauce was best. Manchurian sauce was ok ok Tandoori momos: very good Chicken manchurian: Bland in taste , did not like it, less qty as well Manchow soup : loved this one !! Street style noodles : Different preparation but tastes good Chilli garlic fried rice : Disappointed, tastes bland and somehow not good. Chicken kadai: Curry was good but side rice not very good and less qty Bullet naan : Loved it Shahi tukda: they claim it as best seller, and read many reviews abt it. It was not good, bread is fried in oil and you can literally taste the oil. Rabdi is good but the bread hasn’t soaked even 1% of rabdi, sweetness is not balanced too. Very dissatisfying. Gulab jamun rabdi: this was good, moderately sweet but good. So overall mixed review. They cook the food in vegetable oil or some other I guess. It’s not sunflower oil or any other Indian used oils. Coz you get the after taste of the cheap oils. That was lil disappointing. Good quality oil really elevates the taste if used and there is no after taste on your tounge. Hope they improve on few items after reading the reviews.

A Fusion Feast Worth Savoring – Flavor, Flair, and Fantastic Service!

If you’re looking for an Indian restaurant that goes beyond the usual and truly surprises your taste buds, The Monk’s Indian Fusion Cuisine & Bar is the place to be. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance that struck the perfect balance between casual comfort and upscale presentation.

Food: Let’s talk flavor—every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic spices and beautifully balanced seasoning. The Butter Chicken was creamy, rich, and had just the right amount of heat, while the Chicken Kadai offered bold, smoky notes with peppers and onions that tasted like they were straight from a tandoor. Their Veg Samosas were crispy on the outside and generously filled with spiced potatoes and peas, making for the perfect appetizer.

But what truly sets The Monk’s apart is their Indo-Chinese fusion dishes. The Manchurian noodles and Hakka-style chili chicken were a delightful surprise—loaded with flavor, texture, and a satisfying kick that lingers just long enough. It’s clear the chef knows how to honor both cuisines while blending them into something fresh and exciting.

Drinks & Dessert: The bar offers a unique mix of cocktails and mocktails that complement the spice-forward menu perfectly. We finished the meal with Gulab Jamun and Shahi Tukda—both decadent, aromatic, and not overly sweet. A perfect end to a vibrant meal.

Service: The service was truly top-notch. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely passionate about the food. You can tell that customer satisfaction is a priority here. The staff helped us navigate the menu and even offered great pairing suggestions.

Ambience: The interior is stylish yet cozy, ideal for both date nights and family dinners. Soft lighting, tasteful decor, and clean surroundings make it a welcoming space to enjoy your meal.

Final Verdict: The Monk’s Indian Fusion Cuisine & Bar is not just a restaurant—it’s a culinary experience. Whether you’re craving classic Indian dishes or feeling adventurous with Indo-Chinese fusion, you’ll find something here to fall in love with. Add to that excellent service and a thoughtfully curated menu, and you’ve got one of the best Indian fusion spots in town.

Highly recommended. Can’t wait...
