McDonald's — Restaurant in Center Township

I ordered sauces and etc. whoever works here needs to be replaced I WASTE MONEY FOR YOU PEOPLE TO SCREW UP ORDERS LEFT AND RIGHT. I swear most of the workers here doesn’t want a job here. Nasty and negative attitude, Im going to find out who the district manager is and have him see the wrongful doings here. Not only that but I’m sure most of the time every employee has spit in the food, and doesn’t washed their hands at all. I’m sure the cockroaches in fast food restaurants is in the food most of the time. The employees including the manager here doesn’t care about anything unless they are making money that’s all they care about. This place has stooped to a new low by not understanding nor respecting the customer. The customer service sucks and having to deal with this going for a lot. You’re not getting money from me and my family ever again, Better yet since I have a lot of friends I’ll make sure they steer clear from this...

Our first time at this location. We haven't been to a McDonald's in 10+ years. We ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and a regular quarter pounder meal, plus a lemonade from the kiosk. Funny there is no indication where you get cups for our drinks. When I asked I was told they don't have lemonade. When I asked why it was available on the kiosk - no answer. So we waited and someone brought us cups and told me to choose another drink. I told the staff I expected a refund for the lemonade $1 upcharge I already paid for and to see the manager. Eventually the food arrived with my refund in cash. The food was just ok everything was small, the pickles sliced so thin they were translucent. The fries have a chemical flavor. Sorry but so many better choices in the area - we won't be back anytime soon. Plus I never did see...

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location thats led me to making this review, the workers never know whats going on. day or night ive waited up to 10 minutes without ordering and just leaving because it takes so long. when i actually am ABLE to get food from here because they take my order for once, somethings always wrong. foods cold, missing item ect. in such a high populated area you would think this location would have better routine for there staff, but thats obviously not the case. If u are truly looking to get food from mcdonalds go to beaver, chippiawa, or the other center location. where i have never had problems.
