I waited twenty minutes for an online order out in slot 5 of McDonald’s. When I saw multiple cars who were getting their order who pulled in after me, I was confused, so I pulled into the drive thru to inquire about my order. They handed me a cold bag. When I pointed out it was cold, they told me they had just made it (so why was it cold?) So I asked for them to remake it and to speak to their manager. The employee said she’d go get the manager, but instead came back with the same cold bag and said nothing. So I asked again to speak to their manager. Ashley Elizabeth came to the window, and when I pointed out this entire transaction had taken half an hour of my time for what was supposed to be a fast food order, she shrugged and said she’d remake my order but that was it, she had a terrible attitude from the get-go. I told her that was wrong of them to do. I told her that we waited twenty minutes in the parking lot then she proceeded to argue that they brought the order out when they hadn’t. She was extremely unprofessional. Then she proceeded to tell me she was behind, and had a bunch of minors working behind the counter… if that’s an issue then maybe have a staff competent enough to handle your level of business. Read moreThis place is unbelievably horrible. Just today I sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, unable to back out or leave, wasting gas and time, only to ultimately receive something I didn't even order. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, only to receive 1 completely incorrect, cold, old, and half out of the wrapping sandwich. When I entered the store to explain the messup I got met with an attitude by one of the workers who tried to tell me the 1 sandwich I got, the 1 that was incorrect and only 1 of 2 I was supposed to receive, wasn't actually that old.
I then asked for a refund, which got met with no response from that same employee but she went back and I assumed she was communicating that to the manager. Oh no, not at all actually. She just completely disregarded me and went about her life. So I just stood there waiting, wasting even more of my time, until I was able to get the attention of the manager who told me they had no idea of the situation until I explained it.
Stay away from this McDonalds if it can be avoided.
Since they don't want to value my time or provide me with even just the minimum level of customer service, they will not be receiving any more of my hard earned money...
Read moreTo start me and my fiancé dropped in to get a quick bite, we walked in and noticed about 15 + employees here and it was loud. We went ahead and ordered and ordered the items that are supposed to come with the peel offs which, is a game we were playing, anyways we got our print off from the kiosk and went to the check out line and there were two employees standing there giggling and laughing cutting up for 5 minutes till one decided to check us out. I handed her the money and she sat there holding it for a bit and I said we have medium drinks, which were supposed to come with the peel offs but didn’t. Well we asked why and she literally looked at us like we were dumb. Whatever we went to get out drinks and not it’s almost the whole McDonald’s crew cutting up and beside the drinks one was jumping up and down yelling right in my ear. There’s one girl I see actually being a good employee. Sweeping the floor and straighting things up. I asked her if this was a playground or a restaurant. She went and said a few words and the place went from loud and obnoxious to a regular place. The fries suckd and my sandwich was barely chewable.
