We normally go to the Moe’s in Rogers but we were in the area and decided to go here since we love Moe’s. We decided to go to the drive thru. When we got to our destination we realized that they forgot a burrito and completely messed up on the burrito we did have. Our family that also went there right after us also had missing items and messed up order. Their chicken burrito had no chicken. My husband went back to get both our orders fixed and they did get it right but seems like this is a common issue. The manager remade the burritos but then one of the associates handed us someone else’s food and we didn’t notice until my husband came back. I recommend just going inside and watch them fix the food vs drive thru .
Update : I wanted to give this place another try because I truly enjoy Moes. My husband and I went instead of the drive through because last time it was a nightmare. Watched the girl make our burritos and wow… barely ANYTHING in the burrito .. in Rogers I always get the Moo Moo Mr. Cow because it is stuffed and it’s almost the same amount as the regular big burrito. She made my burrito and then I saw her scraped half of the food off.. and I’m left with the smallest burrito I ever got at Moes. My husband spoke with the manager and they redid the burrito for free. Read moreI LOVE Moes, but this location has messed up my order not once but twice. Some how the correct labels get put on each food item but the food itself isn’t always correct. I came through and got a chicken and cheese quesadilla, only chicken and cheese to get specific and after driving 20 minutes to get home, I realize that I got something totally different. I got the quesadilla, but i’m pretty sure it was made for someone who’s Vegan. Everything was in the quesadilla accept chicken and cheese. But, it had a chicken and cheese label on the packaging. I called the location and spoke with the manager. Kindly they were going to make me a new meal for free at my next visit. It’s just kind of a bummer getting home after a long work day and realize your meal is wrong. I just hope management and the co workers can learn from this, and maybe get some more training. I’ll continue to give this location my money only because it’s the closest location to me. Read moreSo I'll start out with I have always been a huge fan of Moe's. Love the nachos, burittos, tacos all of it. However, it's been awhile since I've been in there and I was absolutely shocked today. To add some queso to my burrito I was told "it will be a little bit extra". No problem. The "little bit extra" turned out to be $2.49. To put that in perspective I was charged $9.99 for the buritto. That means a small scoop of cheese is 25% as much as the entire buritto. This is absolutely ridiculous. I could buy $.99 maybe even $1.49, but 25% of the cost of my main dish.
Come on @Moes_HQ you can do better, this is outrageous pricing.
