Talked to Jenna ordered 43$ and some change worth of food, first went threw the drive thru and they forgot a strawberry lemonade, so I had to go back in and as I did the manager was on FaceTime on her iPhone and I could see the screen as she had another girl showing her boobs! However, I let it go and said nothing, kids will be kids! I got home to Highfill and realized that my five biggie bags were all messed up! The three biggie bag bacon double stacks had no bacon and the two biggie bag crispy chickens I asked for no lettuce and they had lettuce. Jenna said we have had a lot of false information about people lying and I would have to drive all the way back there for her to replace the order and bring back the food! It is now 8:59 pm at night and we have been out all day! She even knew my whole order as she repeated over the phone with her reading it back to me! I have never in my life had such terrible service! I own a reputable company in this area and would hope someone would tell me if my employees where not doing what was right! They have cameras all over this new store they should be able to see her on her phone the manager Jenna and see the nasty things going on, on FaceTime also the young female was also back over the counter eating sweets as she would be takes orders for customers coming in to eat! Once I got to the window I paid and was asked to pull forward as they were waiting on my 10-pice nugget. (I ordered a 10-piece meal and a kids meal with nuggets and was going to give my kid some of my nuggets). I waited at least 10 minutes for them to bring our food. They finally did and I checked the bag and saw the kids meal had nuggets and fries and the other bag had nuggets and fries so I drove home and found that what was supposed to be a 10 piece nugget they had only given me 6. My kid was already eating his food so I called them and told them and they said if I would come and bring the meal back then they would give me the rest of the nuggets. Manager throwing trash at the employees messing around while one cook makes two big ordered by himself. I can see he's going as fast as he can but with a big order, I'm currently a GM. You step in at any time, nearly every time you can. I don't appreciate sitting here for 15 mins over expected wait time while the manager allows the employees to be their friend and messes around without helping the cook. This took WAY too long. This was a pull in from 1030 and still sitting here at 1046. Please look at the cameras and see what I'm talking about. This is unacceptable.
