Chick-fil-A… I have absolutely no words for how this place made me feel. My first step through the door. the aroma of the freshly cooked food hit my nostrils instantly. I felt as though I was about to levitate. I browse the menu, there were so many options I felt overwhelmed. But due to the AMAZING, GLORIOUS, member of staff, Hashim, I was able to make the best decision possible for my stomach. I chose to seek after his advice and he recommended me the #1 chicken meal (with or without pickle) and a Mac and cheese along with a Dr. Pepper. Hashim and I locked eyes as he asked for my name, I’ve never felt so appreciated. After I paid I found a nice comfortable booth that seated me and my fellow companions. Before I was able to nestle in my seat, my food was brought forth by the one and only… HASHIM. As he handed off the warm package he said two words that tugged at my hearts strings… “my pleasure”. Hashim departed as I opened the warm package. I was welcomed by the scent of a crispy fried chicken sandwich. I whip it out. As I take the first bite in the chicken sandwich a tingle was sent down all throughout my body and to my toes. The assortment of flavors flourished in my mouth. I felt as though my eyes had been opened to a new life. Before I knew it the entire sandwich was devoured. My next endeavor was the mac and cheese. The warm, creamy mac and cheese. It entered my mouth and hit the taste buds and the flavors melted on my tongue. I stood up and found Hashim’s gaze once again and announced how fantastic the food has been so far. I was parched and I needed to cleanse my palette with a thirst quenching Dr. Pepper. The only problem was I was out. I voyaged back to the counter and once again found myself in front of Hashim. He graciously offered to refill my drink. I was pleasantly surprised as they had free refills. I felt as though it couldn’t get any better. As I got back to my table I finished my meal. But I felt as if it was lacking one thing, the infamous waffle fries. So I inquired with Hashim once more. I informed him of my dilemma, the need for the waffle fries. Although it was passed closed, Hashim fulfilled my one wish with pleasure. A few minutes pass as Hashim delivers the crispiest. Freshest. Most delicious fries I have ever indulged in. I finished the fries with great excitement. I made my way out the door but before I departed I thanked Hashim for his wonderful contributions to my happiness. If I could say anything about this restaurant, it is that is truly the Lord’s chicken. To my fellow friend, Hashim, my first experience at Chick-fil-A will be one I will never forget. To the management at this Chick-fil-A, please. Give. Hashim. A. Raise.
P.S. I want that mac and cheese recipe.
Thank you for reading this and I hope you take my thoughts into consideration.
Sincerely, Andrew R....
Read moreI just think that some of their staff here are quite rude. Alot of them are good but there are a couple. Mostly one of there managers or shift supervisors. The guy was a total douchebag. I ordered food late one night I got there right at closing time. Well they took my order so I assumed I was fine. Most places if they aren't going to take your order because it's close to closing time won't allow you to even put it in. I live about 15 or so minutes from the chick fil a. So I drive all the way down there. The app says it will alert them when you arrive by gps I'm sure. Anyway, order placed arrive at 9:56pm pull up to the speakers in the drive thru. Noone answers. So after a couple minutes noone saying anything in the speakers or responding to my "Hello" I pull around to the window. It's 9:58 so these aholes sit inside just looking at me occasionally mostly trying to ignore me. So I wait till someone looks at me cause I'm waving at this point. Noone will answer me just ignores me. So I finally get this douche manager to acknowledge me. Kinda. Never opens the window just says we're closed. I'm like I placed an order that should have been ready & ready to be picked up before 10pm closing time but this goober just says "we canceled your order." Nothing on the app said anything about canceled. Also you have to provide a phone number so I think the appropriate thing to do would have been to call me & let me know it was canceled rather than when I get there & ignoring me to then tell me after a couple minutes sitting there that they canceled my order. The money was refunded to my account which was another concern but I still don't think it was handled appropriately. I also know I was in the wrong for ordering so close to closing time but don't take the order then. At the very least call me & let me know you're canceling my order before I drive all the way down there! Needless to say I was pissed...

We are back to poor portions for the fries. Why is THIS location such an issue with this? Literally no other CFA is like this.
Edit: 18 Sept 2022
Changed from 3 stars to 4 stars. I have eaten at this location 3 times in the past month, and each time we received what we ordered and actually had a full box of fries. It seems like they have got their issues taken care of (after waaaaay too long), and I am pleased for a change.
Edit: 10 May 2022
Alright, after eating at literally dozens of CFA’s all over the U.S., I have never ever had the repeating problem of a lack of fries. This location consistently leaves the box lacking. I have been told “they settled”, but when I see the employee place it in the package, turn, walk 5 steps and hand it to me, that’s a lame excuse. Unless she went through an obstacle course when I blinked, it wasn’t filled to begin with.
I changed from a 5-Star to a 3-Star because of this frequent issue at this location. I understand wanting to save on food costs, and that the hundreds or thousands of fries you sell every day adds up to a lot of savings, but this is unacceptable. When I order a Large fry, then I should receive a Large fry, not a large container half full.
I addressed this and they gave me another order. I shouldn’t need to do this nearly every time I visit.
Edit: 10 Apr 2021 Curbside pickup is up! Yay! I love ordering ahead and parking to skip the line. Thank you for doing this!!
Always an excellent place to eat. The lines are long but of course that’s because it is awesome!
And you closed up early yesterday due to bad weather, and opened late today due to really bad weather! Excellent job taking care of your staff! You made the right call! As always, thank...
