Arby's — Restaurant in Centralia

Once 1⭐ to NOW 5⭐!! this restaurant has absolutely STUNNED me and my family. Incredibly hot and delicious 🤤 Hawksoopa is DEFINITELY digging this. I called them and let them know and the manager seemed confused at my call. Little did she know she was speaking to the top reviewer of Lewis County. The sandwich I had was so hot I had to blow on each bite! We ordered $36 dollars worth of food and let me tell you there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the food. Unlike almost every single restaurant in lewis county! I have spent years trying local food. I have 45 thousand views of my pictures in lewis county alone. All I need to do is repeat this visit and see the same results and I will review the restaurant entirely, adding to my list of a very small handful of the best restaurants around the county. The only thing I can say I would like to see improved is a kids menu but I haven't fully reviewed the store yet so we will see and I'm excited!! I went through the drivethough, and I always ask the people how they are doing since covid. Before I could I was told it would just take an extra second for my food because they were short staffed. I struck up a conversation with the lady at the window who I later found was the manager. Her demeanor was excellent, she acknowledged me immediately, and even took a second to chat with me about the current state of the industry (I spent 14 years as a cook, kitchen manager, and later restaurant owner so I understand it well) even being understaffed. Even at this understaffed state the service was excellent, the gyro I got was perfection, and I feel she represented Arbys very well. Hats off to the crew around 4pm on July 24th and especially to that manager. The meal was amazing and your short conversation was noted, because you had other things to do but payed attentio. I had a soda. My gf had a roast beef sandwich with extra pickles and a water. Our friend Sephora had a bucket of beer which we didn't get at Arby's... We got that from the canned food store... Bucket'O'Beer, 5 gallons of premium malt liquor. Came with a straw on the side like a caprisun. Needless to say Sephora won the day. No thanks to Arby's. 4 stars and a thumbs up for the soda. My gfs water tasted like chlorine and Sulphur. Our ice was halfway melted and her roast beef was halfway frozen. The cheese sauce was foamy and was given to us in a test tube. That was odd to say the least. The people working there were super nice though and offered us all back rubs. I declined. But the dude cleaning up the parking lot noticed my tire was low and offered to fill it back up. Just using lung power, he got it back to spec and the ride home was so smooth that sephora finished the bucket of beer and...
