Rustic Heritage Bakery — Restaurant in Centralia

I’m not too familiar with the area at all but upon waiting for my Amtrak train to arrive I came across this very cute and inviting cafe. I was on the search for a nice coffee as it is a chilly summer day, and was drawn in by this local coffee spot. Supporting small business is monumental to every community, and I was very fortunate to have tried something new today! The lavender coffee is not overpowering, I’ve seen it advertised in other places and it just never sounded appealing. This coffee changed my mind completely, it is such a “homey” feeling drink, very comforting and just the taste and feel I was looking for. It just works. The (I think) owner you can tell is very passionate about their shop and the things that are created here, and with good reason! I also got a brownie (not the decked out one but that looked amazing, too) and I really loved the thickness as well as the fact it was colder compared to my hot coffee; I told them I was tempted to dunk it in my coffee because it mixed so well together 😅 You can tell they take pride in their shop and the creations that bring joy to their patrons. I’m not in Centralia often but I guarantee I’ll be stopping here each time I get a chance. Definitely have a new customer in me, I hope others who live in the area or are traveling, like me, stop by and show this local coffee shop and small business some love; they definitely have earned every star 💕✨ can’t wait to come back & try a sandwich next time! Heard about a new bakery in town that makes sourdough and uses local grown and ground wheat, so we came to check it out.

Super cute little spot in downtown centralia. It would be nice to go sit under the umbrellas on a nice day with an iced coffee and watch the cars go by. Inside is cute, still their first week, so I'm sure more items will be added as they go.

Got a regular brownie and a marionberry cheesecake brownie! Wow! Let me tell you, it's rich and decadent.

Very good sourdough and desserts. Been to the place multiple times and its always a welcoming place. If you EVER wanna support a small business then this is it. Good quality baked goods (imop) and the fact its all from local areas adds to it. I will be sharing this for others to come...
