Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Centreville

I can go alllll across the lands for boba tea and STILL, Kung Fu tea is the top as far as taste. I really enjoy the ginger milk tea, the prices have increased which is wild that the cost of a drink is equivalent to the cost of a low end meal but, we all cave into a nice treat sometimes. Sometimes I walk in but more than often I order on door dash. At one point I ordered a ginger boba milk almost daily. I would sometimes ask for light boba and extra ginger because there is no option to choose extra ginger, to be considerate I substituted that I would accept less boba. Most of the time, the staff accommodate me and make the small adjustment; however, there is one employee who sometimes when they see my order refuse. I'm really not sure why and it seems like an adjustment that would be an easy switch especially when I also provide tip. I'm not sure if the tip goes to only the driver or the business but as often as I order there I was surprised my request seemed to be bothersome to this particular individual. To the employees who saw my request and take into account how often I order, thank you greatly, may God continue to bless you. And thank you for recognizing that you can play a role in how well a person's day goes just by your treatment to them and showing kindess. Sometimes their notes to me even include "Thank you Jazmin =)" and it's so adorable to me. The ambiance is nice inside, there is limited seating and often music. Visited kung fu tea centreville today and placed 5 orders. Out of the 5 orders they got 3 right. My order which was coffee milk tea with coffee jelly looked like coffe milk tea with a gigantic lump of something (as shown in picture). Requested a refund and the managers response was that this is suppose to look like that! and was not willing to refund. No exchange was even offered. First of all, you seal the top of the cup on this drink and offer a large straw to eat the jelly/bubbles/etc. Second, I've looked at numerous pictures on your website and online and none shows a large lump of jelly like this. If you can show me a picture from your menu or website which shows this lump, I'll be more than happy to revise my review. Finally, if a customer is not happy about an order because of the numerous mistakes on your part.. the least you can do is either refund or offer to replace the items that were incorrectly placed. You did neither one! If this is truly what this is suppose to look like, put up a picture on your menu so people are not suprised by this sad looking lump of what...

Worst service ever!!! My first visit I ordered a coffee milk tea with double coffee popping bubble and expresso shot. I received the coffee milk tea with tapioca bubble which is something that I don't enjoy the flavor of at all, I didn't notice until I drank it. So I gave it a second try I returned it back this time before even trying to taste it because of the fail last time. I will admit I should have tried to confirm but I hate the flavor so bad I didn't want to even go through it. The line was long so I requested a refund so I can move along. But the grabbed the unopened cup and took it back opened and said it was coffee popping bubble in there as it was last time mixed with regular bubble. Inspite of my refund they came back with another cup of coffee milk tea. I know my patronage won't be missed but I will not return.
