I just ordered food online and picked it up at the Centreville location (6:15pm on 7/5/25). The bibim naengmyun usually comes topped with sliced cabbage which is why I chose to order from here instead of another Korean restaurant. I picked it up, got home, and saw that the cabbage was not included. Tried calling for about 40 min to ask if the cabbage was taken off the menu item so I know what to expect in the future. Finally got through. The woman that answered was beyond rude, pretty much accused me of lying about the missing topping, and then asked me for a photo of the food, which was eaten already since we were hungry! Really terrible customer service and massive disrespect. After a couple minutes of rudeness, she offered to credit me back for the missing cabbage. What?!! Really unnecessary hostility, I just wanted to know if the cabbage was supposed to be included or not. I can see from previous reviews on here that I’m not the only one who’s been treated like this. A simple “we don’t include cabbage anymore” or an apology for forgetting the cabbage would have been nice, but instead had an ugly encounter with the rudest...
Read moreA nice place I went to with my partner for a meal. I appreciated the multiple ways of ordering food and the vast menu! It seems the restaurant is kind of split Into 3 separate things, a corn dog place, a hot food place and a store with a multitude of items. To order from the corn dog place you needed to place your order through a kiosk, but for the hot food section you could also order online through a QR code you can scan from your table which I appreciate. The atmosphere was nice but I will say the excess amount of signs took away from the atmosphere some (apparently they really don't want you bringing in drinks from the kung fu tea close by). I would love to come back again and try other dishes in the future though because the meals that me and my partner had were both very yummy! We can't wait to come by again and try some more food :) !
Parking was also very simple, there's a large lot but it can be a little weird to navigate after turning in from the road. Just take it easy and it should...
Read moreThe most affordable and delicious Korean food catering service. The variety and quality of the food served were outstanding. Siroo Juk Story and Tea's catering menu offers a diverse selection of Korean cuisine and banchan. Each dish was meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in flavors that were rich, authentic, and satisfying. A half-size disposable tray of food only costs $50 for most of their banchan. Bulgogi was $75.
I also love their juk if I am dining in. The juk (rice porridge) selection is definitely the highlight, with each bowl offering a symphony of textures and tastes. From the hearty and comforting flavors of the classic juk to the innovative and surprising combinations of the seasonal offerings, every spoonful is a delight. The attention to detail in the preparation is evident, as each bowl is cooked to perfection, resulting in a silky-smooth consistency that warms the soul. They also have juk for babies...
