Can I give it zero stars
I generally do not write negative reviews.. don't like to but I think if I can save someone ok I will. This place does not cook thier own food. It is frozen and microwaved. Not a Korean restaurant so if you think you are going to eat there eat first somewhere else.
The drinks were watered down.. ordered Tequila and the watress brought us back normal sized shots that were watered down..When I asked she gave me a lame excuse about chilling the Tequilla and it gets really watery and she was doing us a favor by chilling it. She was naturally defensive and rude and so too was the manager.
My friend convinced me to relent but I went to the bar to order my drinks myself after that.
At the end of the evening we got the bill. 450.00
450 dollars.. they charge 40 dollars per hour for the room .Did not know this or I would have never gone in the room to eat...
They charged us for top shelf patron all night when they never served us that.
They over charged the bill and again I allowed my freind to convince me to be cool we wanted to have a good time we were out with our wive's
The room was dirty and the controller was unreadable. The book of songs was 75 percent Korean. The watress took a whole 39 seconds to explain it in her best impression of a valley girl that was being put out by having to explain to us idiots how to use the equipment.
So if you are like me and have never done karaoke before and fear you might be embarrassed... You get a double shot of that at this place... You may embarrass yourself singing but when you have to make a choice between aggressive confrontation or paying an overly inflated Rip off of a bill, and you have you wife and friends with you so you have to take it like a putz... That to is a little embarrassing.. but I will call my credit card company and see if I can get them to reverse the charges....
In closing:
Don't go here to eat Korean food.. Don't go here to drink unless you want to pay 8 bucks for a beer and 15 for a shot Don't go here with out knowing they charge 40 dollars per hour for the room Don't go here for the extra friendly watress's, they don't have any.
So just save your self some time and money sing to yourself in the car and go to h Mart.. they have real...
Read moreDefinitely one of the best places in Centreville! This place has been here since 2005 and is the first Korean karaoke bar (Noraebang) in Centreville. I have frequented this place many times on weekends and during the week.
They are open late every night of the week. There is a great selection of drinks, plenty of soju and they have really great food on the menu. They have traditional Korean and non Korean dishes. I highly recommend the Kimchi Fries. Trust me on this one. The staff is very nice and attentive even on busy nights. They are all quick and efficient.
They just remodeled the main bar area and the karaoke rooms and they all look fantastic. The owner and staff definitely take pride in this establishment and it definitely show. Anyone who is a local knows the place and anyone visiting from out of town I highly recommend you stopping by for a drink or with a group of friends if you all want to sing some karaoke. There's DJs playing hip hop, EDM and Top 40 every other Thursdays and they have other music events ever so often. Check their social media pages (FB and IG) as they always post updates. On days were there isn't any special thing going on, its a nice quiet place to come grab a drink, watch a game and relax.
Not every establishment can say they have been around for 15 years. They are definitely doing...
Read moreJust visited this place this evening... little impromptu date night with the hubby (who doesn't care for karaoke). LOVED IT! The staff was on point, the room was clean, song selection, while limited on the system, was vast because they also have youtube available (I only used that for one song tho, so that speaks to their song selection). I am definitely planning on visiting this spot again!
While I understand the reviews from people about the room being $40/hr, is that really too high a price to pay for fun... and not having to wait 1.5 hrs for my song selection in a bar?!
Didn't try the food. Got a pitcher of beer which was $16... standard for most entertainment spots... not sweatin' that.
If you haven't been, I highly recommend!
Thanks for a fun evening!! ...
