Went through the drive thru. Simple order: lg. Frozen Coke, lg. unsweet iced tea with light ice and 2 double cheeseburgers. The app had a deal (buy one cheeseburger, get one for 29 cents). We pulled around, and the lady said, "Apple pay?". No, not us. We repeated our order. Somehow, it changed to a spicy chicken sandwich and small fries, with a diet Coke. The poor lady at the window had to change it all. (She was VERY nice!) Got that done, went to the next window for our food. We got the drinks and were asked to move to the next window. Mind you, the vehicle behind us must have had similar issues as they were still at the pay window and were nowhere behind us. I saw someone lean out window 2 with a bag of food looking at the car behind us. Then, next thing you know, they are our window. We did get the correct sandwiches (not hot, buns were stale) and two individual fries (not orders, just two little fries). This whole process took probably 15 minutes and could have easily been done in maybe 5-7. Why should I be surprised at this? The food quality, customer service (almost non-existent anymore), prices have skyrocketed, and McDonald's in general have just plummeted, and I've typically tried to avoid them. Read moreMANY problems here. AVOID and go elsewhere. First mobile order and pay did not work so I had to go inside. I wanted a egg and cheese mcgriddle. Online said it was 3.39, and they charged me for a sausage egg and cheese for 3.79 and just took the sausage off. 2nd was I was to get a free hashbrown and the lady charged me for 3. I ordered a couple more items and my bill was $13.78. I gave her a $20. She didn't have enough change, called a mgr. While she's doing this I'm calculating and think my bill should be a bit over 10. Looked at receipt and noticed 3 hash browns instead of 1 free. Misunderstanding..okay.. when manager got back did refund for $3 and tax. But Didn't give me my change of $6.22 from my $20! I pointed this out and she argued I did get it. I opened my wallet and showed I didn't have a $5 in it. Mgs came back over and said just give it to him and if you(cashier) are short later we'll know where it went. I commented "If you're short, it won't be because of me". she just turned her back and walked away. I also did not get it ask for a free pie for not being asked if I wanted to donate to a cause (heart something) posted on door. Just wanted to get out if there. I also didn't get a receipt. There was only 5 people in the lobby 1 waited 15 minutes for a biscuit and cup of coffee then he said he called the number on our ticket which there was only one number called after 30 minutes being in the store and it was not mine! Then finally got the food hopeful it was all correct befor headed to my vehicle checked the bag and it was missing items went back to let Marco know and he told me all my food was there and he refused to fix the problem after making a statement letting him know it in fact was not all there he told me I could get out of his store and he did not have to give me my money back or the food that was missing. I understand that refusal of service is allowed however refusing to make food that was not in the order that was paid for or refusing to refund money is not allowed.
