So I just drove through arby's. I was going to talk to the manager on the phone, but the first time I called the number they answered but I got a busy signal, I called right back and no one answered the phone. This isn't the problem though. After I ordered I went to the the window. They ask if this was the right order. Yes, I said, then I asked for arby sauce, the girl said, there's some in the bag, I asked if there was more then 4 in the bag (since I got 4 sandwiches that's all they give). She just said there's sauce in the bag and I said, well, I would like more than 4 packages of arby sauce. That did not happen. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is really kind of a big deal when you get home and you're sitting down with four sandwiches and you don't have enough sauce to go around. Also I ordered 2 drinks with no ice. I asked for a carrying case. There was ice and I asked for no ice. she handed me one drink and I said, oh, didn't you hear me say no ice? She took the drinks back, made them without ice. She handed me the 2 drinks, then handed me the carrying case. So not only was I sitting in my car holding 2 drinks, but I'm trying to put the drinks in the carrying case on the side of my car door the manager and the girl stood there and watched me through the glass window. They didn't even open the the window and offer help,Nothing, they just stood there and watched me. Would I give this restaurant a high rating? No. I think this is the second time that I had problems with this manager and the restaurant and it's just rude to me. It's so wrong on so many levels to treat your customers drive through or not, how I was treated. All that I would have liked was some help putting the drinks in the carrying case or actually they should have put the drinks in the carry case before they were handed to me. So not only did they not give me enough sauce of what I would have liked, they gave me stuff that I didn't even want or ask for, so the extra got thrown away. This may sound really silly To complain about, but it happens all the time. Customer service had gone down hill so much is sad. The management isn't teaching these young employees anything other than how to be rude. Just take the time to teach these servers, or should I say teach the ones that don't have natural common sense of not being rude. If the manager wants to be cool do it on someone else's time that's not what you...
Read moreFood is good, but I usually try to have a coupon whenever I come. I like the regular roast beef sandwiches and sliders. The fish sandwiches used to be better, but they are still good. Love the curly fries. August 2022 Update
I took away one star from my previous review because Arby's used to be top-tier fast food. They are still on the higher priced end for their food, but the quality seems to be lacking. Just like many other restaurants and stores, it seems as though they have made everything a bit smaller than it used to be. Some items seem like a smaller bun and others with less meat than previously.
We recently heard ads and received a coupon sheet in the mail that advertised their hushpuppy breaded fish strips, so we decided to try them.
We went through the drive-thru at about 8pm and we weren't sure if they were open because it was really dark. We pulled up to the menu board and a lady asked if we knew what we wanted to order. I let her know that the board was not lit up. She was able to turn the lights on and we placed our order. I thought that the fish strips were supposed to come with fries, but we just received 3 strips and a tartar sauce for $4.99. We also used a coupon for some regular roast beef sandwiches.
If you look at my photos, you can see that the fish strips were kind of small. The container of tartar sauce was about the same size as the fish. They tasted okay, but were kind of greasy.
Also, it seems like Arby's still serves sauces with high fructose corn syrup. Most of the bigger fast food chains have switched to sauces that are sweetened with sugar, instead. Not a huge difference, but supposed to be a little bit healthier.
The regular roast beef sandwiches were okay, but not really that filling. There really aren't any other fast food restaurants that I can think of that sell roast beef sandwiches, but everything else that Arby's offers can be found at many other...
Read moreManager customer resolution not great tonight. Been coming here for 24 years. Always good food and service, but not so much tonight. Arrived 8:45 pm. Asked to wait at speaker..ok..back couple minutes later. Ordered, pulled up, paid 15.76 with a 20 and penny so change would be a quarter. She asked if I wanted my change back. Huh? She said most people don't want loose change. Umm ok. Gave me my bag and asked me to park and wait for the mozzarella sticks and said she'd put all condiments in with that. Umm ok, even though I would have preferred them to keep food under heat lamp to keep warm while waiting for the rest. Brought my bag out and off we go. Get home and no sauces of any kind. No napkins either. Tried to call to let them know I was coming back but no answer. Got there. At speaker asked to wait again, this time almost 4 minutes. Asked for missing sauces and by that time food was stone cold. I was ok with microwaving everything but fry's as they don't taste great after, so asked if they would replace the 1 med. Fry. Was told manager said no. I ask to speak with her. Told her it was her mistake that had delayed our meal and resulted in cold food. (What's a Arby's without sauce!...just dry roast beef..). Okkk, she'd give us warm fry's. I even gave her original Fey's so she'd know we hadn't eaten any. (Was told to remove it from counter as it couldn't come back inside store) Gave me bag n off we went. Got home unloaded bags and found shed given us less than half a container of Fry's. Guess she thought that would teach us huh! I had paid full price as a side and considering the mistake, having to make a return trip and the cost of gas for that 8 mile round return trip I really didn't think replacing .60 cents worth of fresh Fry's was too...
