Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Chandler

This staff is always extremely pleasant and kind. The service is good and even when I have to pull up front and wait, they are extremely kind and punctual and so I don't mind having to wait. When we 1st moved to Chandler 11 years ago, this was one of the 1st places we hit after a long day of house hunting and I could not get over how kind the Drive-through window employee was. He literally hung out the window and asked how our day was going and had a good conversation while we were waiting. That level of service has not changed in the last 11 years. (Never again will I spend my $ at the Arizona/Ocotillo store as they have the complete opposite belief of community bond and customer service, which included their Saturday manager threatening a customer complaing of a wrong order and having yo come back and waiting 25 min in the front for it, that he "had her credit card and license plate # and knew who she was" Can you believe the level of incompetence and disrespect from a mgr? And he's still employed there!). These guys at this location have it nailed down though and they continuously follow Chick-fil-A's...

Not sure what’s happening with all Chick-fil-a’s lately… Customer service used to be their strong suit! They have one job and they can’t even do that right. Last 5 times I went they either forgot to give me some of my food, or gave me the wrong food order! Today the gal at the window handed my food order to the car in front of me, then a few minutes later you see her hand it back, then they gave it to me when I got to the window! Are they even allowed to serve that food once someone else has handled it? I sure didn’t want it! Then we asked for a ice cream cone, and the girl gave me a cone with ice cream the size of a golf ball on top! I refused it and said no make me a real cone, and this is what I got! $2 for I kid size cone… The most frustrating thing is I got 7 miles down the freeway and was dying of thirst and took a sip of my ice tea, and it was coke! I have not had soda in over two decades, and refuse to drink it, and I was livid! They even had the lid pushed down as coke! Does NOBODY CHECK THE ORDERS! I wanted to recognize an AMAZING staff member at this Chick Fil A location her name is Mary. I've been visiting this location quite frequently when I go grocery shopping or just want a quick bite! Mary is the embodiment of what a CFA employee should be! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND every single time! We usually have 3 separate mobile orders but she always takes the time to make sure our order is correct and that we have everything we need she even remembers our faces when we visit! She truly is a superstar and I appreciate her every time! She makes my experience worth while and when I see Mary I know everything will be done right! When we pull up to curbside I sit and watch her work the floor: greeting customers, cleaning tables, bringing orders, even taking the trash she is always working hard! When others are sitting around on their phone she is always working and I admire her hard work. She is truly the reason why I love this location! Thank you Mary for always...
