Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Chandler

The management needs to work with their employees on their listening skills and not rushing because this is the second time I come during their lunch rush and my order gets screwed up because they have to many people touching to same order and the person asking me about how I want to build out my order isn’t even the person working on it. I am getting asked a question about what I want for my kid’s build your own and I told her I wanted rice and two scoops of pinto for the kid’s meal just to see the other guy working on my burrito not asking me anything just put two scoops of pinto on my burrito and I wasn’t even looking or talking to him. I told him the extra scoop of pinto was not for the burrito and he just stood there vacantly and didn’t offer to remake it. I just continued down the line. I should have had him remake my burrito because all I taste is beans and burnt chicken. The last time I was there the manager was rushing and throwing stuff on my burrito with no care and I know he would take more care if he was making his own. He starts throwing on salsas that I never asked for. Very rare anyone I have dealt with there ever listens and doesn’t rush me down the line if they are busy and the food is always soupy and messy because they just rush it. I have been ordering the same kid's meal tacos for a month, but I have been coming to this location for a year now, with no extra sides always during my lunch period. I decided to come in today late in the evening and order the same thing and they tried to scam me by charging me an extra 3.50 chicken. They were very dismissive, uptight, and unkind people, and the location was a mess. The first lady I spoke to did not even say hello, just blurted what do I want? There was one nice lady on the line but the guy at the register was uptight. The floor was a mess, food every where, no spoons, 3out of the 4 fountain drinks did not work, and in the back behind the line one employee was spraying cleaner right next to an open container of food. I do not want a side of bleach/ surface cleaner with my food. I do not like the fact that when I order something in the morning and I have exact change but enter in the evening everything is extra for the same order. Spoke to the manager and he was very dismissive, Why do I have to move from the line when I am speaking to you about a matter that involves the service? I will not be back, there are plenty of food places nearby that like treat people...

Didn't want to leave a review but after thinking it through I thought I should then do it after tonight's service. Walked in nobody was in line I walked up the woman that approached the counter had no expression she asked what I wanted and I told her, as she was fixing my order I noticed she was giving me very small portions to the point where I had to ask if I could get some more and when I say some more I just mean a regular/decent amount of food I was not asking for extra food than what anyone else should be getting. As she was fixing my order there was another worked fixing someone else's food and she got so close to him that his elbow was damn near in my food which I was not happy about. It felt as though they are just trying to get you out of there as quickly as possible without having any regard to how exactly the are giving you the food or the service for that matter. Same type of experience has happened before at this particular location, by the time she finished fixing my food I walked out the door and left since I was overall dissatisfied by the whole vibe of the place and the experience.
