Crumbl — Restaurant in Chandler

I wish I could give negative 5 stars for my experience. Got hired as a shift leader, they sent us to Utah for training and they didn’t even put a card on for the rooms so when we got there they asked for one for collateral and damages so I gave them mine and they ended up taking over 500$ out of my account and made it negative and bad to pay overdraft fees etc.. The incompetent owner and district manager then proceeded to tell me it was my choice to put my card on the rooms when we wouldn’t have been able to get in and no one was answering their phone. The company has not reimbursed me any money they took from me, had the audacity to tell me it was all my fault, and then continued to ignore the problem and never return our calls. This company is a joke especially the owner of this certain franchise as well as the district manager. With the ignorance and lack of intelligence this company won’t make it very far. Funny they asked me not to slander the company then proceeded to take money from me. Crumbl cookie is a joke of a company. They tried giving us 200$ for the week and taxed it from us, then we didn’t even get it till the second day we were there and I had to use my own money for food and transport. The gm at the store Sam is unprofessional and thinks it okay to handle situations with her employees by cussing them out and acting like a 16 yr old when she’s a grown adult. Funny how almost everyone who worked at this company and I met was a terrible unprofessional person who doesn’t care about anything...

I ordered a curbside order through the app, excited to see that they now had minis available and sat outside for 10 minutes watching customers walk in and out with their orders after notifying that I had arrived. I haven’t had issues doing curbside in the past, and usually get my order brought out within minutes of showing up so I was upset watching all these people come and go while I sat and waited. After 10 minutes I walked in to get my order (this was 2 minutes after watching the last customer walk out, just to see if they weren’t bringing it due to customers being inside). It was very clear they had no intention of bringing my order out (there were 3 people, 2 of which were doing nothing when I walked in). One of the employees greeted me when I walked in and asked if I was picking up. I mentioned having a curbside order, gave them my name and mentioned that I had been waiting for 10 minutes. They just handed me my box and said nothing. Got to my car and checked it out (they had it sealed with a sticker), and 1 of the 3 cookies I got was so poorly topped. They usually do ready well of matching the advertisements with toppings, frosting to the edges and what not. The brownie cookie had a blob of frosting no bigger than a quarter in the middle with a pinch of sprinkles smushed in. I've been a faithful customer of the Chandler location since they opened. I am there at least 3 times a month. I went in yesterday to purchase some cookies and I saw that you bought back the sugar cookie. I'm not a big fan of the frosting on my sugar cookies. I always order the sugar cookie without frosting as long as they are not frosted which most of the time they put frosting on right before you get your cookies. Yesterday I asked for one of the sugar cookies without the frosting and the guy at Chandler Location stated that he could not sell them that way. That's not true because I have always brought them without the frosting as long as they had them available so I asked him how long you been working here he like 2 months so I said that explains it because They just brought this cookie back in the line up and I have gotten them that way at any of the crumbl locations. If you got cookies without frosting available -WHY wouldn't you be able to sell it that way??? So you rather loose out on a sale as they did. It's not like I wasn't paying the same price for the cookies without the frosting. I understand if you didn't have any unfrosted cookies available at that time but that...
