La Nueva Flor de Michoacan — Restaurant in Chandler

I'm giving them 5 stars because everything they offer on the menu is delicious . La Michoacana is definitely a staple to our city and you know you're from Chandler if you know exactly where its at. Now with that being said its really sad that SOME of the girls/women you have working there either hate their job or have NO customer service ethic at all, its disappointing to be rushed as to what you want and them having an attitude if you ask for them to tweak something . We get that sometimes there are long lines etc but a smile once in a while or at least saying "thank you for coming in" would be nice not feeling like coming in to your business is an inconvenience to your workers. I love elotes from here, but I might have to start finding a new place, the customer service is horrible. Everyone seems to hate their job, they’re always in a bad mood. Also they tried to charged extra $.50 if I wanted to put mayo and cheese and the bottom of cup, but when I asked then if it was gonna be cheaper $.50 for every item that I was not gonna ask for which was butter, Valentina, sour cream they lady just did like she didn’t hear me. Like come in if you want to charge me for putting mayo and cheese and the bottom of my elote, then don’t charge the same if I’m not getting every item that the elote is suppose to have. Today was my first visit and I was very unhappy. There was a full house full of people and they started asking for my order and were basically yelling at since all the people in front of me. I told them I would wait till I get up front to order but they rushed me. In the process of ordering my food. They start checking someone out and then basically ignoring me. Why would you ask me what I want if you havnt even attended the person in front. It’s was a mess and chaotic. I order corn in a cup and they went ahead and put “everything” in it.
