I used to love bosa donuts. I would have happily told people to shop here or any bosa 6 months ago regardless of how much they charge for a dozen these days (18+ dollars of mediocrity) not even worth it esp with the customer service that's paired with it. It's maybe worth a dollar if that. We ordered there for our baby sprinkle back in February and that was the last big order we will ever have there. And the most recent time i went for boba they screwed up our order and put a hair in the second smoothie i didn't notice til i had drove away. Then today we went in (myself and my 2 kids and they refused to honor our coupons. "One per customer" um excuse me..there's 3 of us? I could tell where that was getting us. So i gave him the coupons and told the guy I'd never shop at any boss ever again and i can promise you I'll be posting it all over social media platforms. What's the point in sending these stupid flyers out once a month if you don't want to honor it. I need to find corporates number or email and either call or write them and tell them not to send these faulty coupons out. Telling two little kids they can't have a donut because stupid corporate sends out these dumb flyers.

I buy from them for breakfast sandwiches, Ice Coffee at 4 different locations. NEVER AGAIN. I just went through the Drive through thinking I would like an Iced Coffee. Since the weather is hot I decided on a Blended Mocha Java for $4.95, I even tipped a $1. I pull out of the drive through take a drive and almost spit it out. It was awful. Not sure if the mix had gone bad or what. I turn around and walk with one drink taken out of it, tell them it tastes bad and ask if I can exchange it for the $2.50 Iced Coffee. I am told no, "you ordered it, it not my problem." I try to explain that the product is bad and I am asking for something cheaper in exchange with no money back. So I ask ; Do you not guarantee your products and she replies " No you bought it you keep it. We are done" Another woman then grabs the drink off the counter and throws it away. Thank God I paid with a card. This will be a charge back. This was the Williams Field and Gilbert Location, but sounds like the Company's customer service policy is if you think our product is bad, don't tell us...
Read moreOrdered a blended mocha from this place around 7:45PM 9/17/2025... What I got was BLENDED PLASTIC. I am not talking about poor quality or taste, but LITERAL blended plastic. About a teaspoon of it, from what we could gather. Ranging in size from about a sand grain to 1/3 of a dime. Yes, I'm sure losing an entire measuring cup into a blender was an accident, but this is a really big accident to make. Seriously, this is a muck up to the Nth degree. I have about a day to find out if what plastic I ended up ingesting does any damage to me. Luckily it was only 2 sips. However, if it does cause me harm, a lawyer will be involved. Hopefully I am the only one affected. I'll add a picture of what we could pull out of the drink with a strainer, but since some of the plastic was so fine, there was likely a lot more we...
