I stopped by on a Saturday for a haircut. The barber told me they were booked, but set an appointment for Sunday morning. I was on time and the doors were locked, parking lot empty. I waited fifteen minutes, then phoned. I left a voicemail stating what happened and requesting a call back so I could get my hair cut. I never heard from anyone. Rotten customer service.

UPDATE: The shop's (previous... it changed at some point since I wrote this update) response (below) suggested that I got the wrong shop. NOPE. The barber was having a smoke in the parking lot and intercepted me on the way in, explaining that they were booked for the rest of the day. He asked me what time I wanted to come in "tomorrow," stating that they opened at 9a. I agreed to 9a. If the place is closed on Sundays, that probably explains the screw-up...the barber probably wasn't thinking about it being Saturday. And YES, I know how to leave a voicemail. I DID leave a VM and no one ever contacted me. One of us screwed this up, and...

I've been a loyal client of Robert at Fresh as Can V for quite some time, and I can't recommend this shop enough! Every time I visit, I’m greeted by the friendly and talented team—both the guys and girls working there are exceptional. Their customer service is truly outstanding.

I go in weekly, and I can assure you that you will always leave satisfied with your haircut. Robert understands that I have a busy schedule, and he has even gone out of his way to accommodate me after hours just to get me that fresh cut. I've seen the other barbers do the same for their clients, which really shows how much they care.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and keep coming back because of Robert. I drive 17 minutes from Ahwatukee just to get my haircut by Robert. Unlike some barbers he really has an eye for detail and spends the entire 45 minutes you booked him for making sure the cut is exactly how you want it. The shop has really made it easy on everyone to just book and pay for your cut on the Squire app. Don’t let the prices make you look else where.
