I went to go pick up my drunk cousin I was walking around the bar mine in my own business looking around I made eye contact with the bartender didn't pay her no mind and didn't think anything of it just simply went about my business and I guess she thought I was staring at her for some reason and told security to kick me out I don't understand why women are like that nobody was staring at her she's an old lady and I'm not trying to be rude I'm just being honest it's not my type not somebody I would pay any attention to ... like I said not trying to be disrespectful I just know what I like and like what I like and that's not it I was staring at everybody in the bar and I made contact with more than one person so I have no idea what what's up with her or what her problem is but if me walking & looking around makes her uncomfortable maybe she shouldn't have that job I'm serious some women are just full of themselves there is no reason for me to get kicked out I was seriously just there to pick up my cousin and I was minding my own business and I was trying to leave the bar cuz it was not my scene but that is not the point I shouldn't have been kicked out I should have been able to leave without having to be kicked out for no reason I'm not going to lie I've been here a few times and I've had a good time but after last night yeah I don't think I'll ever want to go back and I wouldn't recommend it for anybody they were so rude and I really felt like I had did nothing maybe it was cuz I don't drink and I hadn't bought a beer all night but I wasn't there for that I was there to pick up my cousin to make sure he got home safe and I was just sitting around waiting for him I just felt so...

It's no secret that the 480 has been through a few owners over the recent years but it really seems that the bar has found a perfect match with the current owners. My wife and I went in this past weekend for the first time in over 2 years not really knowing what to expect. We had a great time and were very pleased with the staff and management. It used to be my "local" so I will certainly be going more often from now on. They have Starz Karaoke 3 nights a week (Th. Fr. Sa.) which is honestly the best, most professional and longest running company in the area. The pool tables are exactly where we left them and they've even included a soft tip dart board which is a very welcomed addition, in my opinion. Jen even spoke to me about possibly wanting to include a live music night mid-week so we'll see how that comes along. All in all, it felt good to be back at the 480 and I wish the new owners all the best for many years to...

Visiting from out of town for baseball. Traditions are the real life, from baseball lore to neighborhood bar crowds. Human nature doesn’t change - we love our stories and routines. Well, this has become one of mine.

After two straight spring training games Lance and I stopped by the 480 Neighborhood Bar again tonight to chill and soak in an eventful week. It’s my fourth time ever.

Within seconds the bartender CJ recognized us (we havent been back in two years) and greeted both him and I with a smile & wink; she’s a pro and a friend. You won’t find this in many places. You WILL find it in hundreds of Wisconsin neighborhood bars, and The 480 in Chandler, AZ.

She’s Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. But I hear the other bartenders are fuggin awesome too. And Karaoke Thurs-Sat for those who love it.
