I recently had the pleasure of visiting PALACIO del helado and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warmth and a friendly smile. The customer service at this ice cream shop is top-notch and truly sets it apart.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable. They were knowledgeable about the various flavors and gladly offered samples, allowing me to explore their wide range of delicious options.

This place is right next to a taco spot, so we decided to check it out afterward—and it turned out to be a hidden gem! Their ice cream is house-made with real fruit, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I got to sample several flavors, all of which were unique and delicious. It was such a tough decision to pick just one... so we ended up going two days in a row while we were in town!

We absolutely loved the Nuez (walnut) flavor—super nutty, not too sweet, and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted in ice cream. The strawberry was also a standout—simple, fresh, and bursting with real fruit flavor. We tried the paletas too. As a yogurt-and-fruit fan, I fell in love with the yogurt flavor, and the guava & milk one had chunks of guava in every bite—sooooooo good!

Hey now this is my second day in a row visiting this spot I feel like that in itself says a lot however let's provide a few more details. Popsicles they have a lot of fun and unique flavors we purchased strawberry and yogurt with fruit what an absolute treat they were. The popsicles were around $4.75 for one the quality of taste is there I want to try them all, I also purchased a scoop of strawberry ice cream in a cup and this is after the very gracious and friendly lady behind the counter talked and sampled me through each flavor they had did I mention they're all homemade well they are so get use to amazing flavors.
