We had our daughter's quinceanera celebration at this venue on May 6th, I had only started planning last September. I'm the type of person that likes to do her research first before meeting with the business, right away I noticed the positive comments about Magdalena. Let me tell you she did not disappoint, it was such a pleasure working with her. She addressed all my questions (I had a few) every time we met, she always had a prompt response via text as well. We got the full package from the venue, we and our guests were very pleased with the food, cake, photographer Ruth, and the service. The venue was decorated beautifully, we had thought this would be a more simple event and it turned out better than expected. Everyone had a great time, we got to enjoy it as well with no stress. I sought out this venue for a surprise birthday party, and ever since I requested a quote, everything was a breeze. Magdalena, the owner is such an amazing person and is ALWAYS willing to work with you. She offers so many different types of plans to ensure everything is custom to your event's needs. She was always a text message away, and never left any question unanswered.

On the day of the event, when my nerves and anxiety where at their all time highest, Magdalena was always there to ground me. Her staff is absolutely amazing and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. They anticipate your needs, before YOU even know there IS a need. I will rave about Crystal Hall and the amazing experience they provide to anyone who is willing to listen. Will forever keep them in mind for any future events.

I absolutely loved this venue! We used this venue for our wedding, myself, my husband, and guests were amazed by how beautiful the venue was! Magda was amazing to work with, she definitely made my dream wedding become a fairytale with all the decor and accessories. The servers were wonderful, and the bartender did not disappoint! I couldn’t have had a better ceremony and reception at the Crystal Reception Hall. The best part was we were able to cater our own food and had our favorite BBQ restaurant cater at this venue. If you need a cake made for your event, look no further, they did a great job with this as well!
