I love lucky lous. In the past i have gone to the power and Chandler heights location, along with the power and mckellips location. Since I've moved to Chandler I've been going to this one. I have not been impressed with the service here. Food is great as always. Tonight i couldn't do it. Came in to have a delicious birthday dinner at my favorite restaurant and we sat out back. Waited for about 15 minutes before i walked inside and asked for some menus. I know that it could be an issue with open seating, so i wanted to make it known that we were out there. I asked the gentleman at the bar if i could get some menus and let him know we were outside. He gave me a dumb look and then walked away. I went outside, waited 10 more minutes, then decided to leave. This isn't the first time I've had an issue here with getting the staff to help. Other locations i have no issues whatsoever. Walk in, within 5 minutes we've got menus and drink orders in and just waiting for food. Done with dinner, bam there's the check. I would really like to see this location get some better service. I am a frequent flyer with lucky lous. It sucks that i would have to drive way out of my way to go to a better location....

As a person who has worked in the food industry for 5+ years there are steps taken every single day by staff/mangers to ensure this doesn't happen. I understand things happen like over cooked food, under cooked food, an accidental hair in your food but MOLDY food product?! This is not acceptable. What is also alarming is how the manager who was staffed yesterday (4/9/22 approximately 2-3pm) handled the whole situation. This was made aware to him and his response was “ let me throw this out, do you want more garlic parmesan sauce?” Their was no motivation to make the situation better, never heard an apology nor the courtesy of comping items off our bill. As a server, I would be mortified if this happened to my guest and would ensure the customer was taken care of properly as well as made sure my manager took care of them properly. Read moreIt's a local joint. I started coming here recently as the Tesla chargers opened up in the same parking lot. I've come here in just the last few months about 10 times. I come slightly out of my way to have a beer and some wings. Charge a bit and relax. Today, it took 16 minutes to order food. Meanwhile, I watched to guys sit down about 10 minutes into my wait they get their drink order and food taken. I finally had to ask again. I never tip less than 20% and typically 25%. I wanted to leave nothing but just didn't feel good about that. So I left 15%. Today, I could have really used some good service. I don't know why people around me were served before me and why I was ignored. One note, they were super busy, and I asked one of them if I order with her.
