The Pho was pretty flavorless until I added a bunch of lemon, salt, and pepper. I don't have Pho often but I've had it before where I didn't need to add anything because it was already so flavorful. We also shared some garlic butter wings. The flavor of the wings were good but they were mostly fatty parts on all of them.
Then the waiter brought us something we didn't order but immediately left the table and when we were able to get his attention a few minutes later we asked if that was part of the meal. He looked confused and said oh no sorry and took what was at our table for a few minutes to the correct table which is completely unsanitary. In addition, I saw him being handed the (I'm assuming fresh washed dishes) and wiping the water out with his hands.
Usually I'll go back to a place to try other things because I like to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they're better at making other things. Due to the lack of cleanliness alone I would not...
Read moreI’ve been a frequent patron of this restaurant via GrubHub and just by walking in. The service is hit or miss: It seems like some days the waiters are nice and other times they are… distant? The Pho is usually great, and they are convenient to my home. The last time I ate here, though, there was a long gross hair in my food. I called the restaurant to tell them, and hoped that maybe they’d offer a solution, but it seemed like they thought I was lying. Now there’s a new restaurant that’s opened, and today I decide to try them. It makes me feel like my choice to come here all those times was wrong - like customer service, safety, and satisfaction is not truly what they care for.
Edit: Owner, Thank you for your response. This photo is of a half eaten meal I picked up from your restaurant, myself - not delivery. I was eating the food and ate the hair halfway, before pulling it out of my teeth and off...
Read moreWent in during a weekday around noon lunch time. Not a lot of people arrived, which is nice during this pandemic. They offer fresh water right away before handing you a menu. I ordered a combo pho, which was around $11, and my coworker ordered a veggie pho. I noticed that you get the option of veggie broth or beef broth for the veggie pho. I enjoyed my pho very much compared to other pho restaurants and would highly recommend if you enjoy different meat textures and savory broth. Remember to ask for steamed bean sprouts with your pho! It doesn't cool down your pho as fast. I haven't asked if I could have the meat slices separate from my pho, but maybe you can ask. The only thing I think would improve this pho is if they offer their own shrimp/fish paste/sauce ( i don't remember what it's called) to add into the pho included with the option of sriracha and...
