I have been to Raising Canes many times but this is the last time I go. I waited in a super long line which is the norm now but the girl at the drive thru said my order was big and to drive around to the front. I waited 10 mins without anyone bringing me food. All of the people in the line behind me had already left. I called the store to find out why it was taking so long and the person on the other end said my order was bumped but they would work on it asap. I have my 2 young kids in the car with my crying for food while this is going on. I waited another 6 mins and then went into the store. I asked for the manager and she tried to figured out what happened and told me the same thing as the person on the phone did that my order was bumped. I asked for a refund and she gave me my money back. She told me she would place me on the list to get my order free next time but that there were lots of orders they are working on so I can’t get my food remade now. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever hear. They messed up my order so it should be prioritized over the orders. I will not be going back because the customer...

Greeted as I walked in the door, but had to wait 3+ minutes to be greeted at the cash register. There should ALWAYS be someone at the front. This was my first time at any Raising Cane's, did not know what to expect. The chicken was very moist and not too heavily breaded, I enjoyed that. The slice of bread was nice, but the fries weren't to my liking. The manager comped me a side of coleslaw and told me I could switch it out for the fries the next time I was in. The manager, Sean, was very friendly and informative. The female who answered the phone was friendly, but didn't really know much and didn't offer to find someone who might have known the answer to my question. I don't expect staff to know everything, but do expect them to make the effort to find the answer. We are getting a new store by us, might give it another try, once it is built. I'm surprised a specialty place can make it in this...

Had to order a catering order for the place I work at. I placed it the day before for delivery. A gentleman named Issac took my order and was very nice, professional, and patient with me, even as I got caught up with work. and had to call him back. All the food arrived hot and on time, delivered by the general manager. All the employees were happy and well-fed! We were given a receipt and a personal business card to contact the GM if needed. A few days later, my manager informed me he'd lost the receipt, which we needed for our records. I called back in to see if they could send us a new copy, which a female manager (sorry, forgot her name) was happy to get for us as soon as possible.

Overall, a great place to get food for large groups, all under $200, with great customer service and helpful management. Sorry we caused you some grief, but you handled it...

Just got home from ordering through the drive thru (8:33pm). I get charged $17.18 for what was supposed to be a Caniac Combo. I get home at 8:55pm, only to notice that only have 4 pieces of chicken? How are you going to inflate your prices, and not fulfill the correct order? Terrible. I don’t think it was even that busy to mess up an order. There was only two other cars ahead of me. EDIT: 9:16pm - I just now noticed that the coleslaw is missing, as well. Seriously, Canes? I’m missing 3 items. I get charged $5 more for is pretty much a box combo, but that’s not what’s I ordered.

Can you actually end up hungrier after eating? That's exactly how I felt after paying $12 for this. The toast was soggy and cold, the chicken strips might as well be called nuggets. I used to have Cane's quite a bit, at least a couple of times a month, but I've been reminded of how small their portions have become. At this point, the only thing that Cane's has going for them is their sauce, which, frankly, isn't hard to replicate at home. I can't wait for the opening of other chicken restaurants in AZ, hopeful for better value and more satisfying meal sizes.

I was a little excited when I came across the listing for a Chicken Finger place. Overall, I was a little disappointed. However, it could be I'm just not the target audience. The food was average and the atmosphere was rowdy. Not from the customers, but from the staff. It felt like you were on a high school field trip bus. Between singing in unison, laughing, and having a great time, they make your food. Not horrible. Probably just not for me.
