Starbucks — Restaurant in Chandler

The night shift staff needs to be retrained on customer service skills. Three employees were working. There was one person ahead of me. After she took the customers order she proceeded to finish taking the sandwiches out of the warmer. Not once did she acknowledge me and say I’ll be right with you. She took one sandwich out and walked it over where to pickup area, she walked right pass me not saying a word. She did this three times putting sandwiches in the warmer, waiting for them to finish and walking it over to the pickup area. I waited 6 minutes until she finally asked how can I help you.
