Raw Organic Juice Bar — Restaurant in Chandler

I got the detox about a month ago. First day went well first drink was good. unfortunately i spelled the lunch drink so didn't have a chance to taste it. But the second day the minute i drank the green juice i started feeling sick nausea dizziness weak vomiting and diarrhea. I still tried to drink the second drink but the minute i saw it i had to run to avoid vomiting on the cafeteria. I felt sick the whole day. The next day i emailed them to let them know what happened. At first they were understanding i told them i wouldn't be picking up the drinks for the third day for ovious reasons. I also told them that we needed to discuss a refund that i didn't feel it was right for me to have paid . ..124.32 ..just to get sick. They said we would do it on the following monday they emailed me 4 days later saying that 8 others had the same drinks and no one else got sick. first they had said that 4 others had the same drinks. So they lied too. And send me an email about how the body reacts to the detox activating dorment viruses and getting people sick. Saying they hope it made me feel better.. what! Really!.. i replied saying that information would have been helpful if i had seen it before i swiped my card not after the fact of me getting food poisoned by them. Simply i wouldn't have swiped my card . I payed. $124 to get sick by them. I wish i could give 0 stars it's all about business for...

I really enjoy coming here, it’s a great place but I put in an online order in the afternoon on 11/18 only to find out it was closed once I arrived which has happened on multiple occasions where they’re closed during regular business hours in the middle of the day. I am considerate that staffing issues could be what happened here, but nonetheless I have tried to contact through the email provided several times, after the emails and several phone calls I’ve made for a refund I’ve had no luck. I know to some, chasing a company for $25 for a refund seems silly but it’s not silly when it’s $25 for JUST two smoothies of which you never received and now it’s principal. I don’t want to leave this review, I love this place and will remove it. I would just like my refund and since no one will respond to me maybe they’ll respond to a bad review. Horrible customer service my husband asked for a smoothie and they handed him a cup of hot juice. I went in for him and asked they fix it right away I noticed this whole place is disgusting the walls and shelves are dripping with dust and grime that can easily fall into their blenders, the floor was ridiculously dirty . Considering this place is super tiny the fact that they can’t take the time to clean is mind boggling. I WISH the health inspectors would do something. Not to mention the girl making the drinks wipes her hands on her clothes before grabbing the next ingredient, no gloves no anything. So disappointed in this place for something this expensive to be this disgusting. We were not surprised when my husband started having stomach issues not even 20min after only drinking maybe a 1/4...
