The Taco Bell on Warner & Alma School has for the most part very good service the Taco Bell on Ray & Rural is lacking. At both stores in the drive through, when asked what drink I'd like with my combo meal, and I ask "What are my options/choices?". I'm told "Pepsi products". Do you really know how many Pepsi products there are out there? Beside that, store can/may vary their drink list. Il almost tempted to run through the list with the next lazy, smart ass that gives me this insulting generic response of, "Pepsi products". Going back to my placing my order at the Ray & Rural Taco Bell, I explained the this juvenile that's not what I asked, and when someone asks what drinks you have, you don't give a last answer, "Pepsi products". Needless to say the conversation went downhill quickly from there. I ended the things and drove off from the drive through. This has only happened once at the Warner & Alma School location, and this was after I spoke with the store manager that I've spoken with from time to time and she told me that is something (giving the generic answer "Pepsi products") they are not supposed to do. As the younger generation are coming into the world, the level of customs service diminishes. Some things should...

This particular Taco Bell at the corner of Alma School and Warner in Chandler Arizona is usually a good bet. Nine times out of 10, people who work there are friendly and efficient. I can't always say that about Taco Bell. (Also a good bet is the Taco Bell at Queen Creek and Alma School in Chandler, that's worth going to).

We always order off the value menu. One or two dollar items. Portion size always varies. Sometimes you get a lot for your money, sometimes you don't. That's just how life is now unfortunately. Most times I get an employee who is willing to give me a decent amount of food for my money, even though the portions are supposedly exactly the same at every Taco Bell. (pre-portioned).

I always make sure I do surveys. It's important for the company to know whether they're doing good or whether they suck. Usually this location does good.

  • FYI: on a side note, related to Taco Bell, but not this location... Stay away from the San Tan Village location in Gilbert. Employees there are horribly rude, proportions are always small, and they don't want to help you out at the counter. They make you order through...

I hate that they have changed the menu so much I don't recognize them as Taco Bell anymore. They have completely removed anything that made them famous. They ate unrecognizably corporate now. There is nothing left on the menu I even like. I wanted a beefy burrito which is no longer on the menu. So they special ordered me one. It cost me $5. When I received it, it was not only snack sized, it only had sauce and onions in it. I called to complain & spoke to Berto at the Warner & Alma School location. He offered to replace it. I went the next day and there was a female manager there. The burrito was again pretty tiny, but i figured between the two I'd at least get my $5 worth. But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered addition items and the female manager gave me my entire order for free for my troubles. So although the menu sucks, the prices are super high for the quality of food, Taco Bell has great Managers at the Warner and Alma School location in Chandler. Its that reason, i will continue to pay $5 for a snack size Burrito from them in the future. Thank you Berto and female manager on the...

This location has made me done with Taco Bell entirely. Everytime I go here something in my order is wrong. Tonight I ordered through the app for delivery and my order was awful! I called and was told by the so called "manager" that I could come in and have it remade or reorder it to be delivered, so I would be paying twice! She also told me they are only human and make mistakes. This wasn't a "mistake" it was downright laziness. If this was a one-off thing or had only happened once or twice before then fine, but it's 95% of the time. I was missing items and the items I did receive were horrible quality. The Burrito I ordered was supposed to have extra sauce (that I paid extra for) and there is hardly any sauce. The chalupa Supremes were a couple pieces of chicken and a butt load of sour cream. The cheese roll ups that I ordered for my daughter had to be heated up in the microwave because the cheese wasn't even melted. Oh, and apparently they can't refund me, I have to go through the app which is conveniently not working.

Okay this time I’m saying something, this location is the worst Taco Bell I’ve seen in so long. I am going to be filling a formal complaint, as management and ownership clearly don’t pay any mind to the feedback of their customers. The amount of times the food from here looks, feels and tastes old is alarming. This evening I sent my roommate and her daughter over this to order dinner after a busy Monday and the staff was making rude and uncomfortable comments about my roommates daughter and how large the order was? She said she was extremely uncomfortable with how they made her feel (she was ordering for 3 adults) and the things the guy was saying to her. On top of that items that were paid for were not included, and I have the receipt to show it - this happens here constantly I’m really sick of paying for things I’m not receiving it feels like I’m being taken advantage of at this point. Just as the cherry on top, food was very clearly rushed as my chalupa barely even had anything in it.

Best employees, 5+ star service every time. I've been coming to this Taco Bell a lot since the stay-at-home order was issued and I can tell you that every single time I've gone through the drive-thru I have been greeted with a friendly greeting, my order has been correct, and even with long lines I have not had to wait very long. The employees at this Taco Bell always seem like they're genuinely happy to be there, unlike employees at other fast food places who treat drive-thru customers as nuisances. I've not been inside yet, but I'd wager a guess that the atmosphere inside will be as comfortable as the climate in my truck (which is cool and mellow) and if I'm ever inside I'll update this review to reflect my findings. To the manager at this location: your employees are exceptional, please let them know that. 👍😊
