The Taco Bell on Warner & Alma School has for the most part very good service the Taco Bell on Ray & Rural is lacking. At both stores in the drive through, when asked what drink I'd like with my combo meal, and I ask "What are my options/choices?". I'm told "Pepsi products". Do you really know how many Pepsi products there are out there? Beside that, store can/may vary their drink list. Il almost tempted to run through the list with the next lazy, smart ass that gives me this insulting generic response of, "Pepsi products". Going back to my placing my order at the Ray & Rural Taco Bell, I explained the this juvenile that's not what I asked, and when someone asks what drinks you have, you don't give a last answer, "Pepsi products". Needless to say the conversation went downhill quickly from there. I ended the things and drove off from the drive through. This has only happened once at the Warner & Alma School location, and this was after I spoke with the store manager that I've spoken with from time to time and she told me that is something (giving the generic answer "Pepsi products") they are not supposed to do. As the younger generation are coming into the world, the level of customs service diminishes. Some things should...
Read moreThis particular Taco Bell at the corner of Alma School and Warner in Chandler Arizona is usually a good bet. Nine times out of 10, people who work there are friendly and efficient. I can't always say that about Taco Bell. (Also a good bet is the Taco Bell at Queen Creek and Alma School in Chandler, that's worth going to).
We always order off the value menu. One or two dollar items. Portion size always varies. Sometimes you get a lot for your money, sometimes you don't. That's just how life is now unfortunately. Most times I get an employee who is willing to give me a decent amount of food for my money, even though the portions are supposedly exactly the same at every Taco Bell. (pre-portioned).
I always make sure I do surveys. It's important for the company to know whether they're doing good or whether they suck. Usually this location does good.
I hate that they have changed the menu so much I don't recognize them as Taco Bell anymore. They have completely removed anything that made them famous. They ate unrecognizably corporate now. There is nothing left on the menu I even like. I wanted a beefy burrito which is no longer on the menu. So they special ordered me one. It cost me $5. When I received it, it was not only snack sized, it only had sauce and onions in it. I called to complain & spoke to Berto at the Warner & Alma School location. He offered to replace it. I went the next day and there was a female manager there. The burrito was again pretty tiny, but i figured between the two I'd at least get my $5 worth. But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered addition items and the female manager gave me my entire order for free for my troubles. So although the menu sucks, the prices are super high for the quality of food, Taco Bell has great Managers at the Warner and Alma School location in Chandler. Its that reason, i will continue to pay $5 for a snack size Burrito from them in the future. Thank you Berto and female manager on the...
