We ordered 1 $6Biggie bag and Chicken sandwich combo.Seemed like new staff because we were asked if we wanted drinks??.Said yes then was told they had no drinks but diet and lemonade..So we took a diet coke and a lemonade.The wait was long and once got food to pay..tried to use $2 coupon for the combo and the girl at the window said it was for breakfast only when in fact its says NOT use for breakfast..So she checked with mgr and completed that. Then another girl hands us drinks I noticed one was bigger then other then I checked the receipt shows extra charge for lemonade .I asked the girl that handed us the drinks and she said you ordered fresh lemonade.I said I odered a lemonade didn't mention a fresh one which I didn't know they had and wasn't mentioned when initially I ordered besides if they have NO drinks but diet and lemonade why would they charge the customer extra when included in combo meals. they have lemonade as fountain drink..so very strange they would charge when they are out of everything..She argued with me had an attitude and said she heard me ask for fresh lemonade, whivh she wasnt the obe I did my order with and fresh was never mentioned to me as an option..She got the mgr he asked what do you want an refund for? I said the lemonade. Simple and tried to explain that its not right they charge when they are out of all drinks basically. Read moreI went through the drive thru mid afternoon yesterday. First, it took a few tries to get someone on the line to take my order. I then placed my order, got the total, and drove to the window. The guy handed me my drinks-one which was the incorrect size-and my receipt. I told him that I had ordered a large soda and his response was, "Oh, well I didn't hear you and I didn't charge you for it." He also didn't put on my order the baconator fries I had requested with that combo. I asked him about it and he says he's going to ask his manager. He comes back and says, "my manager says I have to charge you separately for the baconator fries." I said I would gladly pay the difference as it's cheaper with the combo that I had initially requested. He says, "No, you have to pay the full price for it separately." I ask to speak to the manager. He comes over, gives me an annoyed look and says, "What?" I tell him what happened and he asks for the receipt. Ok fine. He looks it over and then, without saying anything, walks away. Then the first guy comes back with my food, hands it to me without saying a word. Everything in the bags is what I ordered-minus the sauce- including both baconator fries so I ask if I owe them anything. He just says no so I leave. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm at best. My biggest issue is that while I understand everyone makes mistakes, these two people handled it poorly and gave bad customer service. I would be giving 4 stars instead of 2 if they had handled this better. I will be going out of my way to another Wendy's location...
Read moreThis location is the worst. Went 12/9 and 12/10 and one other evening We came here 4 different times. 2 in a row. Asking for chocolate and vanilla frosties. 1 time I showed 30 min before they closed and said it was being cleaned. The second time 20 min before closed said it was being cleaned. The 3rd x 2 hours before they closed and told me they only had caramel and the 4th x time it was during the day and they said was broken. I believe they were being lazy and don’t want to work. That’s why I would suggest never going there. Often when companies and employees are that lazy and their management allow that often the cleanliness and quality of food coincide. Same guy working 3 times at the window. I left all 3 times and didn’t buy anything. Went somewhere else. I wasn’t about to give them a dime. Wendy’s has to pay the employees to work and keep the lights on and stay open. See how long they can do that treating customers that way. Additionally, it shows 3.7 stars I doubt that if you continue to read the comments below, pages of bad reviews for bad employees Customer service, lazy near the night etc. They will have to end up closing if the owner doesn’t get control.
