Weâll itâs a Farley new 1yr old restaurant. I came to eat and check the environment. Itâs very family friendly. Staff is great., very clean and great food.
I did talk to the manager and I got some feedback from them as a store.
It is a high volume Store especially for the location.. the Family Feasts are very popular.. since it feeds 5 people.
Drive thru is pretty fast like Canes or Chick Fil A.
The bad thing about a high volume store is that they can have food one min and a big order comes thru and food is gone the next.
The good thing about that is the food is always fresh.
So if you ever wondered why they donât have something well.. maybe the order before you or the Door Dash orders just came thru. Furthermore, with a lil patience youâll have your food fresh and it only take 10 min.
Iâve waited 1 hr at other fast food restaurants like What A Burger.., etc, just to get food in the drive thru.
Over all itâs a great place⊠look at the pictures I posted and youâll see the great food this restaurant provides.
If you ever have a problem just ask for the manger or person in charge and they will do everything to make it Right.

The workers told me the fresh vegetables would come out in 5 minutes. I said great! I would wait. And here comes the so called manager,(Kevin was his name) I guess to feed his ego and âhigh authorityâ of Panda Express saying the leftovers were fine and he wasnât bringing any out until these were finished and gone. Mind you , these vegetables had no carrots, no zucchini, or string beans. As they advertise and how itâs supposed to be made. These were leftovers that this manager insisted on giving my family and myself until they âwere doneâ Even though the workers were giving me fresh vegetables in 5 minutes. You can tell this manager scares these poor kids working and feels superior of being âKingâ of Panda Express to not let them serve us fresh vegetables. Like who does this? The pictures speak for themselves. Disgusting leftover vegetables trying to be served to us by the manager and fresh vegetables being made on second picture that we couldâve bought two extra meals with.    Read moreA week ago, once again sat in line at7:45p, 4 cars infront, more behind me. When time to order was told only certain food remained because kitchen closed at 8pm. I contacted corporate office and was told the kitchen should start closing 15 min before the time posted on the restaurant door (8:30p) for cullen & bw location. Was ordering at 745p. Went to 288 location (closes at 10pm per corporate) and when ordered again was told limited items because they were closing (was 810p). Corporate on phone with me heard conversation and tried to contact store, no one would answer. This store DID actually make the food, which is what they are supposed to do. Im baffled as to why management allows this? YOU ARE LOSING $$$!! I like panda express, but getting really tired of being told i can have left overs because kids working don't want to work.
